Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի միջև համագործակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում մայրաքաղաքի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Ռուսլան Բաղդասարյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը փետրվարի 26-28-ն այցելել էր ԼՂՀ: Այցի շրջանակում պատվիրակության անդամները նախ հանդիպել են Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանի հետ: Քննարկվել են համագործակցության ծրագրի մանրամասներն ու առաջիկա անելիքները:
Այնուհետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանն ու Ռուսլան Բաղդասարյանը Ստեփանակերտի երիտասարդության պալատում դիտել են Երևանի պետական կրկեսի դերասանների՝ արցախցի երեխաների համար պատրաստած ուրախ ներկայացումը:
Փետրվարի 27-ին կայացել է Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Ռուսլան Բաղդասարյանի ու Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիկ Խաչատրյանի հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Երևանի և ԼՂՀ շրջանների միջև համագործակցության ընթացքն ու հեռանկարները:
Այցի ընթացքում Ռուսլան Բաղդասարյանն ու Մարտակերտի քաղաքապետ Միշա Գյուրջյանը ստորագրել են Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի և Մարտակերտ քաղաքի միջև բարեկամության հուշագիր, իսկ համագործակցության մեկնարկը նշանավորվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից Մարտակերտին նվիրաբերված Երևան-Մարտակերտ նստարաններով և այլ գույքով։
Մարտակերտում ծառայություն անցնող զինվորների ծնողների համար նաև ապահովվել են փոխադրամիջոցներ, իսկ արդեն տեղում կազմակերպվել է հանդիպում զինվորների հետ և համատեղ ճաշկերույթ:
Ռուսլան Բաղդասարյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության անդամները եղել են նաև Մարտակերտի զորամասում և սահմանային հետակետերում, փոխանցել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի ողջույնի խոսքը զինվորներին և հրամանատարական կազմին։ Երևանի պետական կրկեսի դերասանների հաջորդ ներկայացումը հենց զորամասում է տեղի ունեցել, որին հետևել են նաև մարտակերտցի երեխաները: Միջոցառման ընթացքում զինվորներին ու երեխաներին են փոխանցվել դավթաշենցի դպրոցականների պատրաստած նվերները:
Փետրվարի 28-ին Դավթաշենի պատվիրակության անդամներն այցելել են Ստեփանակերտի հուշահամալիր, հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Սումգայիթի ոճրագործության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին և քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից ծաղկեպսակ դրել հուշարձանին:
