Հեղինակավոր The Guardian թերթը հոդված է հրապարակել' անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և շփման գծում բախումների ակտիվացմանը: Բրիտանական թերթի թղթակիցը եղել է Հայաստանի Մովսես ու ադրբեջանական Ալիբեյլի գյուղերում, զրուցել տեղի բնակիչների հետ:
«Տեղացիները թեթևացած հոգոց են հանում, հենց որ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին մոտ գտնվող Մովսես հայկական գյուղն անհետանում է այն լեռան մշուշի հետևում, որտեղ տեղակայված են ադրբեջանական դիպուկահարները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' այսպես է սկսում իր հոդվածը հեղինակը:
«Մշուշը մեր միակ լուծումն է: Երբ տեսանելիությունը զրո է, գիտենք, որ ադրբեջանցիները չեն կրակելու» ,- The Guardian-ի թղթակցին պատմել է Մովսես գյուղի տարեց բնակչուհիներից մեկը, ով իր մյուս համագյուղացիների նման մշտական վախի մեջ է ապրում, որ ադրբեջանական դիպուկահարը կարող է կրակել:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի արյունոտ հակամարտությունը երկու տասնամյակ առաջ վեր է ածվել սառեցված հակամարտության: Այնինչ, իրականում պատերազմը երբեք չի դադարել սահմանին ապրող բնակիչների համար: Հրադադարի խախտումները տեղ են գտնում անգամ հակամարտության կիզակետից շատ հեռու, իսկ հաճախակի դարձած բախումները և դիպուկահարների հարձակումները վտանգում են երերուն խաղաղությունը:
Թերթը նշում է, որ անցած տարի բռնություների թիվն աննախադեպ է եղել, որի արդյունքում ավելի քան 70 մարդ է մահացել երկու կողմից:
«Դասերից հետո երեխաները ստիպված են տանը մնալ: Շատ վտանգավոր է խաղալ բակում: Ադրբեջանական դիպուկահարները գիշեր-ցերեկ կրակում են մեր տների, խաղաղ բնակիչների, իրենց այգիներում աշխատող մարդկանց վրա»,- ասել է 82-ամյա Սուդարիկ Ափերյանը: «Գիշերները, ես վախենում եմ վառել լույսերը: Երբ ադրբեջանցիները պատուհանից տեսնում են լույսը, անմիջապես սկսում են կրակել»,- պատմել է Մովսես գյուղի մեկ այլ բնակչուհի:
Թերթը նկատում է, որ լեռան մյուս կողմում' նույն վախն է տիրում: Ադրբեջանցի մի կին էլ մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ վախենում է երեխաներին դպրոց տանել:
The Guardian-ը գրում է, որ նավթային պաշարներով հարուստ Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար հայտարարել է, որ գրավելու է տարածքները' հավելելով. «Հրադադարից ի վեր ամենալուրջ բախումը հայկական ռազմական ուղղաթիռի ռմբակոծումն էր ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից»:
Վերլուծաբանները զգուշացնում են, որ ներկայիս բախումները կարող են հանգեցնել շատ ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները տարածաշրջան կատարած իրենց այցերի ժամանակ մի քանի անգամ առաջարկել են հեռացնել դիպուկահարներին շփման գծից: Վերջին երկու տարիներին դիպուկահարներին շփման գծից դուրս բերելու կոչերը, ինչպես եւ հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման առաջարկները թե' Հայաստանը, թե' Ղարաբաղը պաշտպանել են, սակայն հարևան Ադրբեջանը մինչ օրս հրաժարվում է իրականացնել միջազգային հանրության և հայկական կողմի առաջարկությունը:
