Թե՞, միգուցե, «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանն» ինքը լուրջ հավատում է, որ իշխանափոխություն կկատարի և կգա իշխանության, և, ասենք, Կարո Եղնուկյանն էլ որևէ նախարարի պաշտո՞ն կզբաղեցնի: Այս ամենը ես կմեկնաբանեմ մեկ բառով՝ անլրջություն: Եվ այսպիսի անլրջությամբ մարդիկ ակնկալում են երկի՞ր ղեկավարել:
