«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հեռանալն իր իսկ կուսակցությունից եւ քաղաքական դաշտից շրջադարձային եղավ առաջին հերթին ԲՀԿ-ականների համար: Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի` ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ նշանակվելուց հետո տվյալ կուսակցության շարքերը նոսրացան:
Կուսակցության շարքերը լքողների մեջ էին ինչպես մի շարք հուսախաբվածներ, այնպես էլ հուսալքվածներ. թերեւս այս երկու խմբերից մեկին է պատկանում նաեւ Գյումրու ներկայիս քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը:
Թե քաղաքական ինչ քայլ էր Ս. Բալասանյանի վերջին գործողությունը, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց Գյումրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանից:
-Ես խղճում եմ այդ ազգանունի տեր մարդուն, իսկ մնացածը Դուք պետք է ասեք: Նա ուղղակի մեղք է:
-Եւ ինչո՞ւ եք Դուք նրան խղճում, ինչ է, նա պարզաճակատ մարդ չէ՞։
-Դե դու գիտես, էլ ի՞նչ ասեմ, էլ ճակատին տեղ կա՞, որ բան գրի: Թող մարմնի մնացած մասերին բան գրի: Հիմա իր գործունեությամբ պետք է մոտիկների ճակատներին գրի, իր ճակատին էլ տեղ չկա:
-Նրա այդ քայլից հետո հեղինակության անկո՞ւմ, թե՞ նվազում է նկատվում գյումրեցիների կողմից Բալասանյանի նկատմամբ:
-Ինքն ընդհանրապես ստեղ հեղինակություն չի ունեցել, ինքը ոչ մի անգամ չի ընտրվել:
-Դուք` որպես հեղինակություն վայելող մարդ, պատրա՞ստ եք կրկին նստել Գյումրու քաղաքապետի աթոռին:
-Կապրենք, կտեսնենք:
-Կարելի՞ է ենթադրել, որ պարոն Բալասանյանը ոչ թե գաղափարի, այլ շահի համար էր ԲՀԿ անդամագրվել:
-Բա, իհարկե, աղջիկ ջան, միանշանակ։ Այդպիսի մարդիկ շատ կան, ցավոք սրտի, ու հենց դրա համար էլ այս վիճակի մեջ է ժողովուրդը, այ նմանատիպ մարդկանցից երբ մենք ձերբազատվենք, մեր վիճակն ավելի լավ կլինի:
-Հիմա ինչպե՞ս վերջնական կգնահատեք Բալասանյանի` ԲՀԿ-ից դուրս գալու քայլը, մարդը տվայտանքների մե՞ջ է, թե՞ պարզապես իրենը չի գտնում հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում:
-Նա դա արեց իր ունեցվածնքն ու պաշտոնը պահելու համար, նմանատիպ մարդիկ այ այդպիսի բաների մասին են մտածում, ի՞նչ քաղաք, ի՞նչ ժողովուրդ, ի՞նչ գաղափարախոսություն, ի՞նչ կուսակցություն: Հիմա, որ Թալեաթը կենդանանա ու գա գրավի էս երկիրը ու ասի, որ պետք է թուրք դառնաք, եթե չեք ուզում ունեցվածք կորցնեք, ապա երկու րոպե հետո նա կդառնա թուրք: Անդեմք, անողնաշար մարդն ընդհանրապես ո՞ւմ է պետք:
-Ասում են` պարոն Բալասանյանը ՀՀԿ-ի շարքերն է ուզում համալրել, եթե դա իրականություն դառնա Դուք ի՞նչ կանեք:
-Ես կասեմ մի բան, ամոթ է, որ նման մարդիկ հիմա էլ ընդգրկվեն ՀՀԿ-ի մեջ: ՀՀԿ-ն կվարկաբեկվի, եթե նմանատիպ մարդկանց ընդգրկի իր շարքերը:
