Ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ալբերտ Սաֆարյանին ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալված 3 կասկածյալի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել' զինծառայողին վիրավորելու, ծաղրելու, բռնություն գործադրելու համար։
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ վաշտի ավագ, ենթասպա Ա.Սուքիասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել' զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ զինծառայողին ծեծելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (2 դրվագ)։
Կրտսեր սերժանտ Մ.Հովակիմյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել' զինծառայողին վիրավորելու, այդպիսով նրա պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունն անպարկեշտ ձևով ստորացնելու, հալածելու, նրա նկատմամբ բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու համար' ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 4 հոդվածով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։
Ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Գ.Ղազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ծառայակցին հալածելու, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելու համար՝ ստորադասության (ենթակայության) հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում, որն արտահայտվել է ծաղրուծանակի ենթարկելով, կամ հալածելով, կամ ծեծելով, կամ այլ բռնի գործողություններ կատարելով՝ համապատասխանաբար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (5 դրվագ) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ):
