Օրերս Ստամբուլի դատարանի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին մեղավոր ճանաչել արվեստի գործը փնովելու համար և պարտավորեցնել վերջինիս որպես բարոյական փոխհատուցում հեղինակին 10 հազար լիրա (2,5 հազար դոլար) տուգանք վճարել:
Նշենք, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է թուրք և հայ ժողովուրդների բարեկամության հուշարձանին, որը պիտի կանգնեցվեր Կարսում: Փաստորեն, Գալիպոլիի ճակատամարտի օրը տեղափոխելուց էլ թուրքական իշխանությունը չհանգստացավ, այն այժմ անճարությունից իր զայրույթը թափում է հայերի հետ կապ ունեցող ամենքի եւ ամեն ինչի վրա` անգամ արձանների: Թուրքական իշախնության ցինիզմի հասնող գործելաոճի վերաբերյալ, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Համլետ Հարությունյանի հետ:
-Այն ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում պարզապես ցինիկ պատասխան է՝ ուղղված Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին: Հայերը պետք է բոյկոտեն նրանց յուրաքանչյուր քայլը եւ դա պետք է անեն ոչ միայն այնտեղի, այլ աշխարհի բոլոր հայերը: Նման քայլերով Թուրքիան ապացուցում է, որ առաջիկայում մտադիր չէ ճանաչել 1915 թվկանի ցեղասպանությունը: Նա ոչ միայն լռում է, այլ ինչ-որ ճակատամարտի 100-ամյակ է նշում, անգամ արձաններն է փնովում: Գիտեք, մի դիտարկում պետք է անեմ, այս քայլերն առաջին հերթին ծաղր են հենց Թուրքիայի համար: Կարծում եմ՝ Թուրքիայի վարած քաղաքականությունը բումերանգի էֆեկտ կունենա: Եվրոպայի, Ամերիկայի եւ մյուս առաջադեմ հասարակություններն արդեն իսկ գիտեն՝ ով է Թուրքիան եւ ինչ քայլերի է գնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը չեղյալ հայտարարելու համար:
-Ինչ նոր մեխանիզմներ է հարկավոր մշակել, որպեսզի Թուքիան, այնուամենայնիվ, ընդունի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը:
-Մեր մեխանիզմն այն է, որ մենք այսօր ողջ աշխարհին եւ առաջադեմ հանրությանն ավելի խորությամբ ծանոթացնենք մանրամասնություններին՝ կլինի դեպքերով, ականատեսների վկայություններով, թե գրքերով:
-Խոսեցիք ԱՄՆ-ից, սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, մինչ օրս Ամերիկան չի ընդունել 1915 թվականին տեղի ունեցածը` որպես ցեղասպանություն:
-ԱՄՆ-ն իր շահերն ունի, այդ ամենը կապված է գեոպոլիտիկայի հետ, եւ եթե չլինեին այդ շահերը, ապա ե՛ւ Ամերիկան, ե՛ւ Եվրոպան վաղուց ճանաչած կլինեին Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը:
-Որտե՞ղ է Թուրքիայի բախտը բերել, որ գերտերությունները մինչ օրս կանգնած են նրա կողքին:
-Թուրքիայի բախտը բերում է նրանով, որ նրանք ունեն Բոսֆոր-Դարդանելի նեղուցը, որը բանալի է դեպի Եվրոպա, այլ պարագայում նրանք վաղուց ճանաչած կլինեին այս փաստը: Թուրքիային պահում է իր աշխարհագրական դիրքը:
-Այսօրվա դրությամբ Թուրքիան, որը քրդերին 1915 թվականին օգտագործեց հայերին ոչնչացնելու դեմ, այժմ կանգնել է փաստի առաջ. հնարավո՞ր է, որ քրդերն, այնուամենայնիվ, ստեղծեն պետություն եւ դուրս գան Թուրքիայի դեմ:
-Շատ հավանական է, որ քրդերը կունենան ինքնուրույն պետություն: Նկատենք, որ այս պարագայում եւս մեծ պետությունները խանգարում են, այլապես նրանք վաղուց կունենային իրենց պետությունը:
