Այսօր «Յուքոմի» Ամիրյան մասնաճյուղի գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցավ հանդիսավոր արարողություն, որը նվիրված էր «Յուքոմ» ընկերության օնլայն մասնաճյուղի բացմանը:
Իր ոլորտում, թերեւս, անթերի աշխատանքով աչքի ընկնող այս ընկերությունը Հայաստանում իրականացնում է հերթական հետաքրքիր ու բավականին արդյունավետ նախաձեռնությունը, որը կգոհացնի ցանկացած բաժանորդի: Սակագնի, հեռուստաալիքների, ինտերնետ սակագնային պլանի փոփոխում, առցանց վճարումների կատարում, պայմանագրերի կնքում, վերակնքում եւ մի շարք այլ գործողություններ այժմ հնարավոր է կատարել օնլայն տարբերակով: Այսպիսով` «Յուքոմ» ընկերության օգտատերերն այսուհետ կարող են խնայել ամենաթանկ բանը` ժամանակը:
Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Յուքոմ» ընկերության տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը նշեց.
«Մեր բնակչության եւ բաժանորդների համար սա նոր անակնկալ է: Այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք մենք ընձեռում ենք, բացառիկ են: Մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչ քանակով այցելուներ ունենք մեր մասնաճյուղերում: Այսօրվա դրությամբ մարդկանց համար, թեկուզ ժամանակային առումով, դժվար է հասցնել այցելել մասնաճյուղեր եւ կատարել վճարումներ կամ այլ գործարքներ, ուստի` մենք ստեղծեցինք մի հարթակ, որ ցանկացած ժամի եւ ցանկացած վայրից յուրաքանչյուր բաժանորդի հնարավորություն կընձեռի փոփոխել իր ծառայությունները: Փաստորեն, մեր հաճախորդներն այժմ ստանում են այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք նրանք ունեին` գալով մեզ մոտ: Բաժանորդները կարող են ալիքներ եւ սակագին փոփոխել, արագություն ավելացնել եւ այլն: Հարկավոր է, որ պարզապես մարդիկ գրանցվեն մեզ մոտ, եւ վերջ»:
Ինչպես նշեց ընկերության տնօրենը, սակագնային փոփոխումներն ու օնլայն այլ ծառայություններն իրականացվում են անվճար. «Միանշանակ, սակագնային փոփոխությունների ծառայություններն անվճար են, որեւէ տոկոս չի պահվում, որեւէ տարբերություն չկա` բաժանորդը կայցելի մեր գրասենյակ, թե օնլայն փոփոխություններ կիրականացնի: Օնլայն ծառայությունը մի ծառայություն է, որից կարող են օգտվել օրը 24 ժամ»:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք անվտանգության առումով օնլայն ծառայությունից օգտվելը բացարձակ անվտանգ է, Հ. Եսայանը նշեց.«Մենք այնպիսի գաղտնաբառ ենք ընտրում, որը բավական անվտանգ է, այն իր մեջ պարունակում է ե՛ւ թվեր, ե՛ւ տառեր: Անվտանգության նորմերն ամբողջությամբ պահպանված են, բաժանորդները կարող են իրենց գաղտնաբառերը փոխել, այս ամենը վերաբերում է WI-FI ի գաղտնաբառին»:
Օնլայն ծառայությունների բացման արարողության հյուրերի ցանկում ընդգրկված մեդիափորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանն էլ նկատեց ու նշեց, որ տվյալ ծառայությունը պետք է դիտարկել որպես առավելություն. «Տվյալ ծառայության առավելությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ այն առաջինն է Հայաստանում նման օնլայն ծառայությամբ: Չնայած` մարդիկ սիրում են, երբ ամեն ինչ շոշափելի է լինում, սակայն կարծում եմ, որ մեծ թվով մարդիկ կօգտվեն օնլայն ծառայությունից, քանի որ այն խնայում է ժամանակը, որը թերեւս ամենաթանկն է մարդու համար»:
