Մարտի 10-ին լրագրողներին են հանդիպել տնտեսագետ, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախկին նախագահ Բագրատ Ասատրյանը և ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանը,-տեղեկացնում է Orer.am-ը:
Բագրատ Ասատրյանի խոսքով՝ անցած տնտեսական տարին մի կերպ փակեցինք, արդյունքում տնտեսական ինչ-որ աճ նկատվեց, բայց աճն էլ աճ չէր, իսկ արտադրության աճի տեմպերն անցյալ տարի զրոյական են եղել:
Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությամբ պայմանավորված՝ հասարակությունում մեծացան ակնկալիքներն արտաքին առևտրի, տնտեսական աճի, ներդրումների հետ կապված, սակայն 2014 թվականի ընթացքում այդ ակնկալիքները իրականություն չդարձան:
Բ.Ասատրյանն ասաց, որ 2015 թվականին կարձանագրվի 10-12 տոկոս տնտեսական անկում, գնաճը կկազմի 8-10 տոկոս, իսկ ներմուծումն էլ կկրճատվի 25%-ով: Այս տարի անկում կգրանցվի նաև արդյունաբերության, շինարարության, առևտրի ոլորտներում:
«Քաղաքական թոհուբոհի մեջ բոլորը մոռացել են, որ մենք ունենք տնտեսություն»,- նկատում է բանախոսը:
ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանն էլ նշեց, որ չնայած արտաքին բացասական զարգացումներին՝ Հայաստանում, այնուամենայնիվ, նկատվել է տնտեսական ակտիվություն: Արտակ Դավթյանն ասաց, որ ըստ 2015 թվականի առաջին ամսվա ցուցանիշների՝ շինարարությունն աճել է 2,2 %-ով, միջին ամսական աշխատավարձն էլ աճել է շուրջ 11%-ով:
ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը տնտեսական աճ կունենա, եթե բիզնեսի աճը խթանող մեթոդներ կիրառվեն ու խոչընդոտները վերանան: Խոսելով Ռուսաստանից սպասվող ներդրումների մասին՝ ասեմ, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից ներդրումների սպասելը իզուր ժամանակի կորուստ է, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը հիմա գտնվում է այնպիսի իրավիճակում, երբ ինքը խոշոր ներդրումների կարիք ունի:
