Մադրիդի «Ռեալի» գլխավոր մարզիչ Կարլո Անչելոտին Չեմպիոնների լիգայի 1/8 եզրափակիչ փուլի` «Շալկե 04»-ի հետ պատասխան խաղում 3:4 հաշվով կրած պարտությունից հետո հայտարարել է, որ իրենք լիովին արժանի են երկրպագուների սուլոցներին:
-Շատ եմ ցավում, քանի որ այսօր բոլորը տեսան` մենք վատ ենք խաղում: Մեր ակումբի համար դա լավ չէ: Արժանի էինք երկրպագուների սուլոցներին, և դա մեզ կմոտիվացնի: Ես առաջվա պես վստահում եմ այս թիմին, քանի որ գիտեմ` ինչի է ընդունակ: Պետք է ավելի շատ աշխատենք:
Իհարկե, նման խաղեր ոչ ոք չի սիրում: Ընդմիջմանը փորձեցինք լուծել խնդիրները պաշտպանությունում, քանի որ դարպասի մոտ մեր խաղի կազմակերպվածությունն ահավոր էր: Մենք ձախողեցինք-Կարլո Անչելոտիի խոսքը մեջբերված է ՈւԵՖԱ-ի պաշտոնական կայքից:

-Չեմ մտածում հրաժարականի մասին: Մենք պետք է շտկենք դրությունը և դա անենք այնպես, որ թիմն այսօրվանից լավ խաղա: Մինչև վերջին րոպեն ճնշում էինք զգում: Ամեն ինչ կարող էր տեղի ունենալո: Խնդիրը պետք է լուծեն մարզիչը և ֆուտբոլիստները: Մենք կորցրել ենք մեր ինքնավստահությունը, ինչպես նաև մեր դեմքը: Այժմ չենք կարող խաղալ այնպես, ինչպես ցանկանում ենք:
Ֆուտբոլում ամեն ինչ շատ արագ է փոխվում: Դեկտեմբերին ոչ ոք նման բան չէր պատկերացնի: Երկրպագուները մեզ աջակցել են, ուստի նրանց սուլոցները պետք է արթնացնեն մեզ: Լուկա Մոդրիչի վերադարձից հետո գնդակի տեղաշարժն ավելի շատ կվերահսկենք: Նա երեք ամիս բաց է թողել, բայց այս խաղում օգնեց և ապագայում էլ թիմին մեծ օգուտ կբերի, ինչպես Սերխիո Ռամոսը,-եզրափակել է մարզիչը:
