Բաքվի գործադիր իշխանությունը Ադրբեջանի ընդդիմության և ժողովրդավարական ուժերի «Ազգային խորհուրդ» կառույցին թույլ չեն տվել մարտի 15-ին միտինգ անցկացնել Բաքվում:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ենի Մուսավաթ» թերթը:
Թերթի խմբագրությունում հայտնվել է միտինգ անցկացնելու մասին ընդդիմության դիմումին Բաքվի գործադիր իշխանության տված պատասխանի պատճենը, որն ստորագրել է Բաքվի գործադիր իշխանության հասարակական-քաղաքական և մարդասիրական հարցերի բաժնի ղեկավար Զաուր Ռամազանովը:
Քաղաքապետարանի անունից տրված պատախանում ասվում է, որ Բաքվի Յասամալի շրջանի «Մահսուլ» մարզադաշտում,»որտեղ ավանդաբար թույլատրվում էր ընդդիմությանը միտինգներ անցկացնել, ներկայում վերանորոգման շինարարական աշխատանքներ են կատարվում, և այնտեղ մարտի 15-ին միտինգ անցկացնել «նպատակահարմար» չէ:
Մարտի 15-ին ադրբեջանական ընդդիմության «Վերջ թալանին» կարգախոսով միտինգ անցկացնելու մտադրության հետ կապված Ադրբեջանի իշխող «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցության գործադիր քարտուղար Սիյավուշ Նովրուզովը «Թրենդ»-ին հայտարարել է, որ «մարտին 15-ին ընդդիմության միտինգ նշանակելու պատվերը տրվել է արտասահմանից»:
Վերջինս իր այդ զավեշտալից տրամաբանությանը զուգահեռ նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ «միտինգի անցկացումն անիմաստ է, քանի որ այդ ակցիային ոչ ոք չի մասնակցելու»:
«Ազգային խորհուրդ»-ի ակցիայի նպատակը Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից փետրվարի 21-ին մանաթի 34 տոկոսով արժեզրկման և ապրանքների թանկացման դեմ բողոք արտահայտելն է:
Բաքվում հունիսին Եվրոխաղերի անցկացման հետ կապված' Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները որոշել են արգելել բոլոր տեսակի բողոքի ակցիաները քաղաքում: Այդ շրջանակում Բաքվի իշխանությունների նախաձեռնությունները վերածվել են զառամախտի:
Բաքվի իշխանությունները որոշել են առաջին Եվրոպական խաղերին' «Բաքու-2015»-ին ընդառաջ Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքուն ազատել մուրացկանների մեծ բանակից:
Եվրոխաղերն իրենց վարկանիշի բարձրացման առիթ տեսնող Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները դիմում են անգամ մարազմատիկ միջոցների: Բաքվի չինովնիկները Եվրոպական օլիմպիական խաղերի անցկացման ժամանակաշրջանում երիտասարդներին «խորհուրդ են տվել» հարսանիքներ չանել' ռեստորաններին արգելելով հարսանյաց հանդեսների պավերներ ընդունել, արգելել են մահացած մարդկանց հիշատակին հոգեհանգստյան վրաններ խփել, որպեսզի դրանք, ինչպես իրենք են բացատրում, «չխանգարեն տրանսպորտի շարժմանը և խցանումներ չստեղծեն»:
Չի բացառվում, որ «հանճարեղ» և «հազվագյուտ» տրամաբանություն ունեցող ադրբեջանական չինովնիկների հաջորդ զառամախտը լինի, ասենք, Եվրոխաղերի ժամանակ ծննդաբերությունների արգելումը, քանի որ ծննդկանների և նորածինների գոռոցները կարող են բացասաբար անդրադառնալ արտասահմանցի տուրիստների նուրբ նյարդային համակարգի վրա և հարված հասցնել Բաքվի ղեկավարների վարկանիշին:
Եվրոխաղերն անցկացվում են Ադրբեջանում, քանի որ ոչ մի այլ երկիր չէր ցանկացել իր վրա վերցնել դրանց համար անհրաժեշտ ծախսերը, իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները սիրով հանձն են առել դրանք' հույս ունենալով, որ դա կօգնի բարձրացնել իրենց վարկանիշն աշխարհում:
Եվրոպական առաջին խաղերը Բաքվում պետք է անցկացվեն հունիսի 12-28-ը: Դրանք բաղկացած կլինեն 28 մարզաձևից, որոնցից 16-ն օլիմպիական են: Բաքվում կխաղարկվեն մեդալների 239 հավաքածուներ:
