Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի Թովուզի զորամասերից մեկում հրամանատարի կողմից 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին գնդակահարված 19-ամյա զինվոր Չինգիզ Թարվերդիևը, որը գլխից ստացած վնասվածքի պատճառով մինչ այժմ գտնվում էր կոմայի մեջ, սկսել է խոսել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, զինվորի հայրը՝ Այդըն Թարվերդիևը հիվանդանոցում նկարահանված տեսանյութ է փոխանցել»Ազադլիգ»-ին, որտեղ որդին պատմել է միջադեպի իսկությունը:
Թ. Թարվերդիևի խոսքով՝ իր վրա կրակել է վաշտի հրամանատարը:
«Նա ինձ հայհոյեց, ես էլ պատասխանեցի: Երբ շրջվեցի, որ հեռանամ, հետևիցս ատրճանակով երեք անգամ կրակեց: Գնդակներից մեկը դիպավ գլխիս», -պատմել է զինվորը:
Տեսանյութում երևում է, որ գնդակը դիպել է Չ.Թարվերդիևի գլխի հետևի մասին: Ա. Թարվերդիևը հայտնել է, որ տեսանյութը, որը նկարահանել է ինքը՝ որդու կոմայից դուրս գալուս հետո, ներկայացրել է ռազմական դատախազություն:
Այս տարվա փետրվարին «Ազադլըգ»-ը հրապարակել էր Իլհամ Ալիևին ուղղված Ա. Թարվերդիևի նամակը, որում վերջինս հայտնել էր, որ չնայած որդու ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակին, բժիշկները նրա կյանքը փրկելու միջոցներ չեն ձեռնարկում: «Փորձում են միջադեպը կոծկել, քանի որ այն տեղի է ունեցել անձնական հակամարտության հողի վրա: Հենց այդ պատճառով ոչ ոք չի հետաքրքրվում վիրավորի վիճակով: Ռազմական դատախազություն և պաշտպանության նախարարություն մեր բոլոր դիմումներն արդյունք չեն տալիս: Մեզ ուղղակի չեն ցանկանում լսել»,-նշել էր նա:
Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանրապետական դատախազության կողմից ավելի վաղ տարածված տեղեկության համաձայն՝ Չինգիզ Թարվերդիևն, իբր, իրեն ամրակցված ավտոմատ զենքով ինքն է կրակել իր վրա. ավտոմատն ուղղել է ճակատին, կրակել, գնդակներից մեկը դիպել է գլխի շրջանին: Ադրբեջանի հանրապետական ռազմական դատախազությունը հայտնել էր, որ փաստի առնչությամբ Ղազախի ռազմական դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
Ինչպես երևում է, Ադրբեջանի ուժային կառույցներին այլևս չի հաջողվում շարունակել կատարել Իլհամ Ալիևի հանձնարարությունը բանակում տեղի ունեցող նեգատիվ երևույթները, սպանություններն ու զոհերը հանրությունից թաքցնելու վերաբերյալ:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, հղում կատարելով երկրի Ռազմական դատախազությանը, այսօր հայտնել են, որ ձերբակալվել է մարտի 7-ին Մռավի զորամասերից մեկում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայող Անար Գյունաշ օղլու Բայրամովին ավտոմատ զենքից դիտավորությամբ սպանած ավագ սերժանտ Թուրալ Գյուլմիրզա օղլու Բեյվերդիևը: Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն փորձել էր հանրությունից թաքցնել սեփական բանակում տեղի ունեցած այս սպանությունը ևս:
2015 թվականի սկզբից մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանի պետական կառույցները խոստովանել են 11 զինծառայողի մահը: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ նրանցից 8-ը սպանվել են մարտական պայմաններում:
Թև Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սեփական զինուժում գրանցված մահվան դեպքերի ու արտակարգ պատահարների մասին տեղեկությունները թաքցնելու քաղաքականությունը, այդուհանդերձ, ՀՀ ՊՆ և ԼՂՀ ՊԲ կողմից սեփական միջոցներով ձեռք բերված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ տարվա սկզբից մինչ այժմ ադրբեջանական բանակի կորուստը կազմել է առնվազը 44 զինծառայող և 28-ից ավելի վիրավոր:
