ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է հարկ վճարողների էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգում կատարվող փոփոխությունները: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հաշվի առնելով վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում հարկ վճարողների կողմից ներկայացված մտահոգությունները՝ կապված ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության էլեկտրոնային համակարգերով հարկ վճարողների աշխատանքի հետ, նախարարությունը հայտնում է հետևյալը.
«2014 թվականից սկսվել և ներկայում էլ շարունակվում են ՀՀ տնտեսական դաշտը կարգավորող օրենսդրության աննախադեպ ծավալի փոփոխությունները, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին փոփոխություններ են ենթադրում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգում: Դրանց կատարման անհրաժեշտությունը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է հետևյալ հանգամանքներով.
Հարկային օրենսդրության փոփոխություններ, որոնց արդյունքում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել ծրագրավորել որոշ հարկատեսակների հաշվարկների, հայտարարությունների նոր ձևերը,
ԵՏՄ անդամակցություն, որի արդյունքում ներդրվում է լրիվ նոր ծրագրային ապահովման համակարգ,
Կուտակային վճարների հաշվարկման և վճարման մեխանիզմի փոփոխություններ, որոնց արդյունքում նախորդ երկու տարիներին կատարված էական ծավալի ծրագրավորման աշխատանքներ վերածրագրավորվել և շարունակվում են վերածրագրավորվել:
Բացի այդ, Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը, Համաշխարհային Բանկի աջակցությամբ, իրականացնում է Հարկային վարչարարության արդիականացման ծրագիր: Այն նախատեսում է էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառություն, կայուն և կանխատեսելի համակարգի ձևավորում, որն ի վիճակի է լինելու առաջիկա տարիներին հարկ վճարողների համար ապահովել անխափան և արդիական սպասարկման ծառայություններ:
Վերը նշվածը հաշվի առնելով' ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հորդորում է հարկ վճարողներին էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգում կատարվող փոփոխություններին վերաբերվել ըմբռնումով' հաշվի առնելով դրանց ժամանակատար լինելը: Հավաստիացնում ենք, որ ձեռնարկվում են հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներն այդ փոփոխությունները մինչև օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված վերջնաժամկետների լրանալն ավարտելու համար»:
