«Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջերս տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եւ Աժ պատգամավոր, նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանի հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում կողմերը, կարելի է ասել, «փոխհամաձայնության» են եկել: Հրանտ Բագրատյանը բողոքել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի վարած քաղաքականությունից, ասել է, որ այն վնասում է Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը պատասխանել է, որ առանց լուրջ հիմքերի ինքը չի կարող ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանի պաշտոնանկության հարց բարձրացնել, եւ որ ավելի լավ կլինի, եթե ԿԲ-ի գործունեությունը հեղինակավոր միջազգային կազմակերպություններ գնահատեն ու Բագրատյանի տեսակետը հիմնավորող եզրակացություններ տան:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը տեղեկացրել է նաեւ, որ եթե, ի վերջո, որոշվի ԿԲ գործող նախագահին պաշտոնանկ անել, ապա ինքը այդ պաշտոնում կառաջարկի նշանակել Հրանտ Բագրատյանին: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ առաջիկայում Հրանտ Բագրատյանն ամեն կերպ պետք է ապացուցի, որ ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանն իր տեղում չէ, եւ եթե նրան հաջողվի վերջինիս «հարցերը լուծել», ապա հնարավոր է՝ ինքն էլ փոխարինի նրան:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի համար էլ է ձեռնտու, քանի որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները Բագրատյանն այլեւս գնահատելու է միայն ԿԲ գործունեության պրիզմայով՝ Կառավարությանը թողնելով «ապահով ստվերում»: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը երեկ Հրանտ Բագրատյանից փորձել է մեկնաբանություն ստանալ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման եւ իրեն ԿԲ նախագահի պաշտոն խոստանալու վերաբերյալ, սակայն պատգամավորը զայրացած հակադարձել է՝քեզ ինչ՝ ում հետ եմ հանդիպում, եւ հրաժարվել է, որեւէ մեկնաբանություն տալուց: Թերեւս չարժի ոչինչ մեկնաբանել»:
