««Ժոդովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացել է, որ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Սշոտյանի հրամանով՝օրինական լիցենզիա չունենալու հիմնավորմամբ, երկու օր առաջ փակվել է Սևանի բժշկական ուսումնարանը և դրա Վարդենիսի մասնաճյուղը: Այս ուսումնական հաստատությունները գործում են 1999 թվականից: Մինչև 2013թ. հունիսը Սևանի ուսումնարանը և նրա մասնաճյուղը գտնվել են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության վերահսկողության տակ, իսկ 2013-ի հունիսից ուսումնական այդ հաստատություններն անցել են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության վերահսկողության ներքո: Հենց այս փոփոխությունից հետո էլ Սևանի ուսումնական հաստատությունում ստուգումներ են անցկացվել, և պարզվել է, որ նրա փաստաթղթերը օրենսդրությանը չեն համապատասխանում ու, ի վերջո, որոշվել է փակել այն: Իսկ ինչ պետք է լինի ուսումնարանի սաների ու շրջանավարտների հետ, որոնք, ըստ էության, կեղծ դիպլոմներ են ստացել, հայտնի չէ:
Ի վեջո, ուսանողը որտեղի՞ց պետք է իմանար, որ մեկուկես տասնամյակից ավել գործող ուսումնական հաստատության փաստաթղթերը նորմալ վիճակում չեն, որտեղից պետք է երիտասարդները իմանային, որ ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը մի օր կարթնանա և կորոշի փակել իրենց ուսումնարանը՝ առանց իրենց խնդրին լուծում տալու: Սա պետական մակարդակով իրականացված խաբեություն է, և էական չէ՝ առողջապահության, կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունների չինովնիկները թե ուսումնարանի տնօրինությունն է մեղավոր: Փաստն այն է, որ ուսումնական հաստատությունը տարիներ շարունակ գործել է, և մարդիկ գնացել, այնտեղ ընդունվել են, վճարել են, որպեսզի ուսում ստանան, այնուհետև մասնագետ դառնալով՝ հասարակության մեջ իրենց տեղն ու դիրքը զբաղեցնեն, բայց ինչ-որ մարդկանց փնթիության պատճառով այդ հեռանկարից զրկվել են: Հիմա ո՞վ է այս իրավիճակի պատասխանատուն, ո՞վ պետք է հայտնվի ճաղերի հետևում» ։
