Ստեփանավանը հռչակվել է 2015 թ. երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք

Տարվա երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք մրցույթին ներկայացված վեց քաղաքներից Ստեփանավանը հայտարարվել է 2015 թ. երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք: Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 2-ին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարվա երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք» մրցույթի կազմկոմիտեի ամփոփիչ բաց նիստի ժամանակ, փորձագիտական գնահատականները և առցանց քվեարկության արդյունքները ներկայացնելով, հայտարարեց ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի փոխնախարար Արսեն Քարամյանը:

Թվով երկրորդ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք մրցույթին, բացի Ստեփանավանից, այս տարի մասնակցության հայտ էին ներկայացրել Ծաղկաձոր, Չարենցավան, Քաջարան, Եղեգնաձոր, Կապան քաղաքները:

«Երկրորդ տարին ենք իրականացնում այս ծրագիրը: Նպատակ ունենք մարզային քաղաքներում աշխուժություն մտցնել` մտահոգություն ունենալով առ այն, որ տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստի մեջ մենք ունենք անելիքներ և այս ծրագրի միջոցով կփորձենք դրանց մի մասը լրացնել», - ասաց փոխնախարար Արսեն Քարամյանը:

Փոխնախարարը նաև նշեց առցանց քվեարկության ընթացքում առաջացած մի շարք խնդիրներ, երբ քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեին միայն Հայաստանի ներսում գտնվող անձինք, և յուրաքանչյուր համակարգչից ընդունվում էր մեկական ձայն: Սակայն շատերը հնարքներ կիրառելով` քվեարկության ձայներ էին տալիս այլ վայրերից:

«Քաղաքի ընտրության չափանիշները նախօրոք են սահմանված եղել, հիմնականում կարևորել ենք երիտասարդության ակտիվությունը, երիտասարդական հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ակտիվությունը, բոլոր անհրաժեշտ կոմունիկացիաների, հյուրանոցային համալիրների, դահլիճների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների առկայությունը: Քաղաքը տարվա երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք հռչակվելուց հետո նախարարությունը պարբերաբար իրականացնելու է տարբեր տեղական և միջազգային ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաև այլ միջոցառումներ, որոնք կարող են ներգրավել տեղի ու Հայաստանի այլ քաղաքների երիտասարդությանը: Անցած տարի մրցույթին մասնակցում էին Սիսիան և Էջմիածին քաղաքները, որոնցից Սիսանը հռչակվել էր երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք», - լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարություն երիտասարդական քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Թամարա Թորոսյանը:

Ըստ փորձագետների և առցանց քվեարկության արդյունքների՝ մրցույթում երկրորդ տեղը զբաղեցրեց Չարենցավանը, իսկ երրորդը՝ Քաջարան քաղաքը: Ըստ փոխնախարար Արսեն Քարամյանի, որպես խրախուսական պարգև Չարենցավան և Քաջարան քաղաքներին կհանձնվի 7 և 5-ական միլիոն դրամ: Իսկ Ստեփանավանում իրականացվելիք ծրագրերի բյուջեն փոխնախարարը դժվարացավ նշել, սակայն հավաստիացրեց, որ դա հավանաբար հավասար կլինի անցած տարի մրցույթո
