«ԵՄ-ում խենթեր չկան». Լավրովը` խաղաղապահներ ուղարկելու Կիևի խնդրանքի մասին

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, մեկնաբանելով Կիևի՝ Ուկրաինայի տարածք խաղապահներ մտցնելու խնդրանքը, հայտարարել է, որ ԵՄ-ն չի համաձայնվի խաղապահներ ուղարկել այդ երկիր: Ըստ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի`Բրյուսելում «խենթեր չկան»: Այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստին»:

«Կարծում եմ՝ ԵՄ-ում խենթեր չկան: Նախադեպերը, որոնց մասին դուք խոսում եք, մասնավորապես Բալկաններում, վերաբերում են այնպիսի իրավիճակների, երբ կա հակամարտող բոլոր կողմերի համաձայնությունը: ԵՄ-ն ոչ մի դեպքում չի գնա որևէ կետ՝ լինի Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արևելքը, թե այլ վայր, եթե նման առաքելությունը համաձայնեցված չլինի հակամարտող կողմերի հետ: Պետք է դիմեք ոչ թե մեզ, այլ Լուգանսկին ու Դոնեցկին, որոնց հետ Կիևը հերթական անգամ հրաժարվել է խոսելուց»,- ասել է Լավրովը:

Բացի այդ, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը հայտնել է, որ Ուկրաինայի խնդրանքը ԵՄ-ին և ՄԱԿ-ին` խաղաղապահ առաքելության տեղակայման հարցով` ուշադրությունը շեղող քայլ է այն պայմաններում, երբ ուկրաինական իշխանությունները չեն ձգտում իրականացնել Մինսկի համաձայնագրերը` երկրում տիրող իրավիճակը լուծելու համար:
