Financial Times-ը՝ Էրդողանի և Դավութօղլուի միջև մեծացող լարվածության մասին

Բրիտանական հեղինակավոր Financial Times-ը հայտնել է, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի և վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի միջև առկա լարվածությունը գնալով ավելի է մեծանում,որն առաջացել է քրդական խնդրի լուծման հետ կապված` Էրդողանի կողմից կառավարությանը քննադատելուց հետո: Թերթը գրել է, որ Էրդողանի և Դավութօղլուի միջև լարվածությունը «ներքին վիճաբանության» է վերածվել իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) մեջ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, բրիտանական թերթի Թուրքիայի թղթակից Դենիել Դումբեյն այդ մասին հրապարակած հոդվածում մեջ է բերել թուրք լրագրող Ահմեթ Հաքանի հետևյլ կարծիքը հարցի առնչությամբ.

«Թուրք մեկնաբանի խոսքով' Էրդողանի և Դավութօղլուի միջև իշխանության համար պայքար է գնում: Էրդողանն ամեն ինչի վրա «վերահսկողություն» է ցանկանում, իսկ Դավութօղլուն էլ հակադարձում է, որ վարչապետն ինքն է և ցանկանում է օգտագործել իր ուժը»:

Թերթը մեջբերել է նաև անունը հրապարակել չցանկացած ԱԶԿ-ի պաշտոնյայի հետևյալ խոսքը. «Վարչապետի պաշտոնը ստանձնելիս Դավութօղլուն համոզված էր, որ իր գլխավոր գործը պետք է լինի երկրի համար նոր սահմանադրության և համակարգի ստեղծումը: Սակայն ներկայում վարչապետի և նախագահի միջև վստահության թելերը խախտվել են,և դրա հետևանքը կարող է դառնալ այն, որ Էրդողանը Դավութօղլուին թույլ չտա վերահսկել նոր խորհրդարանում ԱԶԿ-ի նախատեսած ցուցակը»:

Թերթը նշում է, որ Էրդողանի և Դավութօղլուի միջև լարվածությունն ավելի է խորացրել փոխվարչապետ Բյուլենթ Արինչի կողմից Էրդողանի հասցեին արած քննադատությունը վերջինս հայտարարության առիթով,թե «Թուրքիայում քրդական հարց գոյություն չունի», ինչը ցնցում էր առաջացրել ԱԶԿ-ում: Բ. Արինչը նկատել էր տվել, որ «նախագահը միջամտում է կառավարության գործերին»,ինչը հակասում է Թուրքիայի գործող սահմանադրությամբ նախագահին վերագրված լիազորությունների շրջանակին:

Նշենք, որ Էրդողանը չի թաքցնում, որ իր նպատակը Թուրքիան խորհրդարանականից նախագահական համակարգի տանելն է, ինչն իրեն միանձնյա իշխանության հնարավորություն կընձեռի:
