«Հայաստանում չկա քաղաքական դաշտ»,- այս մասին Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Լյովա Խաչատրյանը:

Այն հարցին, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված պատգամավորի դժգոհությունը, արդյո՞ք նա այս ամենի մեջ մեղադրում է ՀՀ նախագահին, ում ընդամենը մեկ հայտարարությունից հետո, այսպես ասած, փլուզվեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Այս հարցին միանշանակ պատասխան տալ չի կարելի: Նախորդ կառավարությունը թույլ չտվեց, որ Հայաստանում ձեւավորվի փոքր եւ միջին բիզնես, որը ձեւավորում է անկախ հասարակություն: Փոքր եւ միջին բիզնեսը պետք է նրա համար, որ մարդիկ ազատ լինեն, նկատենք, որ նրանք, ովքեր հանապազօրյա հաց են վաստակում, անկախ են իրենց որոշումների մեջ: Հենց այդ հենքի վրա պետք է ձեւավորվեն քաղաքական կուսակցությունները, որոնք նույնպես անկախ կլինեն իրենց որոշումներում: Այստեղից կարող ենք ասել, որ այս ամենի մեջ մեղավոր է նախորդ կառավարությունը, որն էլ թույլ չտվեց, որ ձեւավորվի միջին խավ: Պետք է նշեմ, որ այսօր եւս թույլ չեն տալիս, որ միջին խավ ձեւավորվի: Եթե մենք ուզում ենք, որ ձեւավորվի փոքր եւ միջին բիզնես, ապա պետք է ունենանք անկախ եւ ինքնաբավ քաղաքացիներ»:

Նա նաեւ հավելեց. «Ազատ քաղաքացին միշտ վտանգավոր է. ազատ մտածող, սեփական շահերը մինչեւ վերջ պահող ու դրանց համար պայքարող քաղաքացուց հաճախ վախենում են: Բայց պետք է նշեմ, որ ցանկացած անարդարություն վերջիվերջո պատժվում է»:

Ըստ պատգամավորի` մանր եւ միջին բիզնեսի ոչնչացումը կնպաստի արտագաղթի տեմպի աճին. «Հիմա արտագաղթը շարունակվում է եւ դեռ շարունակվելու է: Առայժմ ունենք տնտեսության անկում եւ արտագաղթ, իսկ հետո կլինի այն, ինչ կլինի: Հնարավոր չէ բառերով այս ամենին դիմակայել, պետք է ստեղծել տնտեսական ամուր հենք, որպեսզի դիմակայենք արտաքին ագրեսիային»:

Հարցին` եթե շարունակվի արտագաղթը, ապա անվտանգության տեսանկյունից ի՞նչ խնդիրների առաջ կկանգնի պետությունը, Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Ագրեսիային դիմակայելու համար միայն մարտական ոգին բավարար չէ, հարկավոր է նաեւ, ինչպես նշեցի, տնտեսական հզորություն»:
