«Դեղերի մասին» նոր օրենքը կուղարկվի Ազգային ժողով

Կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել «Դեղերի մասին» նոր օրենքին և այն կներկայացնի Ազգային ժողովին: Այս մասին Կառավարությունում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ նոր օրենքով կարգավորվելու է դեղերի ստեղծումից մինչև սպառումը ողջ շղթան: «1998 թվականին ընդունված «Դեղերի մասին» օրենքը չէր համապատասխանում այսօրվա իրականությանը և շուկայի պահանջներին: Կարիք կար փոփոխությունների և կարգավորումների: Նոր օրենքը կարգավորում է այն խնդիրները, որոնք լուծում չէին ստանում նախկին օրենքով: Կանոնակարգվելու է դեղերի ստեղծումից մինչ սպառողին հասնելը ողջ շղթան»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ`  ասաց նախարարը:

Խոսելով դեղերի գների կարգավորման մասին՝ Արմեն Մուրադյանն ասաց, որ գների կանոնակարգում այսօր էլ է տեղի ունենում, որովհետև շուկային համահունչ փորձում են իրատեսական գտնվել: «Տեսնելով, որ նոր տնտեսական տարածքում դեղերի գները բավականին ցածր են, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանում, համապատասխան կանոնակարգերով փորձում ենք այնպիսի լուծումներ տալ, որ այդ դեղերի որակը հաստատելով` մատչելիություն ապահովենք: Ապրիլի 1-ից առանձին դեղագործական կազմակերպություններ հայտատարել են, որ կարող են նվազեցնել դեղերի գները»,- հայտնեց նախարարը:

«Դեղերի մասին» նոր օրենքով պետությունը կկարողանա գործիք ունենալ, որ ներմուծողները կամայական կերպով չբարձացնեն գները: Դրանով կկրճատվի նաև Հայաստանում դեղերի գրանցման ժամանակահատվածը' 6 ամսից դառնալով 140 օր` 3.5 ամիս: Օրենքով նախատեսված է նաև կարգավորում սահմանել դեղաբույսերից ստեղծված պատրաստուկների և կենսակտիվ հավելումների համար:
