Որքան էլ որ իմ համար անընդունելի լինի «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» գործունեությունը, նպատակն ու մեթոդները, այնուամենայնիվ, այդ գործունեության դեմ կարող են լինել պայքարի, հակազդելու ընդունելի, քաղաքակիրթ ձևեր: Իսկ քաղաքական և գաղափարական պայքարում խուլիգաններն ու հանցագործները և խուլիգանական մեթոդները տեղ չպետք է ունենան: Խոսքս շաբաթ օր Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամի դանակահարության մասին է, որն անկախ նրանից, թե ով է կազմակերպել կամ ոչ՝ պատիվ չի բերում կազմակերպող կողմին:

Եվս մի նկատառում՝ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետարանը արտոնել էր հանրահավաքը, իսկ եթե արտոնել էր, ապա պարտավոր էր նաև հետևել, որ հանրահավաքի ժամանակ խժդժություններ ու սադրանքներ չլինեին, բախումները կանխվեին ի սկզբանե և գործը չհասներ դանակահարության: Բայց դա էլ չարվեց, հետևաբար բացի իրավապահներից, պատասխանատու է նաև Գյումրիի քաղաքապետարանը: Հուսով եմ, վերջնական արդյունքում պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն ու կպատժվեն ոչ միայն դանկահարողն ու նրա հնարավոր պատվիրատուն, այլ նաև այն ոստիկանները, ովքեր տեսել են և չեն կանխել միջադեպը:

Մնացածն արդեն իրավապահների գործն է, բայց ոչ այն իրավապահների, որոնց աչքի դեմը մարդ են դանակահարում, այլ նրանց, ովքեր իսկապես զբաղվում են իրենց գործով:Իսկ Հրաչիկ Միրզոյանին մաղթում եմ շուտափույթ ապաքինում:
