Իրանի և Արեւմուտքի միջեւ բանակցություններում առաջընթացն ու հարաբերությունների դրական տեղաշարժը շատ նպաստավոր են Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ եթե Արեւմուտքի պատժամիջոցները վերանան կամ որոշակի չափով հանվեն, ապա Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջեւ առեւտրատնտեսական հարաբերություններն ավելի կամրապնդվեն, և իրանական շուկան կբացվի Հայաստանի համար: Տեսակետը «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանինն է:

«Հայաստանը հարևանների հետ և ընդհանրապես արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտում պետք է շարունակի կոմպլեմենտար քաղաքականությունը, քանի որ նրա համար շատ կարեւոր է թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ի և Արեւմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունների պահպանումն ու խորացումը, թե՛ իր անմիջական հարևան Իրանի հետ տարբեր ոլորտներում զարգացած ու փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը: Հետևաբար, շատ կարևոր է որպեսզի կողմերի հարաբերությունները լավանան: Դա կնպաստի որպեսզի հայ բիզնեսմենների համար իրանական շուկան բացվի: Այստեղ թյուր կարծիք կա, որ իրանական շուկան Հայաստանի համար բաց է: Դա այդպես չէ, բաց է միայն շուկայի էներգետիկ մասը, իսկ մնացած առումով` տնտեսության առումով երկու երկրները աշխատանք ունեն կատարելու»,- ասաց Իսկանդարյանը:

Մարտի 30-ին Լոզանում ավարտվել է միջազգային միջնորդների «վեցյակի» և Իրանի ԱԳ նախարարների լիագումար նիստը՝ նվիրված Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Ռուսաստանի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, ՉԺՀ-ի, Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Ֆրանկ Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը, Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Ֆիլիպ Համոնդը, Վան Ին, Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը և ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին: «Կողմերը քննարկել են «վեցյակ»-Իրան բանակցային փուլի ընթացքը, ինչպես նաեւ կարծիքներ են փոխանակել այն բանի շուրջ, թե ինչ քայլեր կարելի է ձեռնարկել ի շահ իրա նական միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ ստեղծված իրադրության համապարփակ կարգավորման»,- ասված է Facebook-ում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի էջում զետեղված հաղորդագրության մեջ:
