Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցությունը առավել հավանական է համատեղ ընկերությունների հիմնադրման ձևով: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ արտահայտեց Ռուսաստանի Համակարգչային և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների ընկերակցության (АПКИТ) գործադիր տնօրեն Նիկոլայ Կոմնևը:

«Այնպես է ստացվել, որ հայկական ՏՏ ոլորտն ուղղված է միջազգային շուկային. դա ճիշտ է, այն կայուն շուկա է: Ես կարծում եմ, որ ռուսական շուկան որպես ուղղակի շուկա չի ծառայի հայկական ընկերությունների համար, այն ավելի շատ համատեղ ձեռնակությունների հիմնման միջոց կարող է լինել համաշխարհային շուկայում ավելի ամրապնդվելու համար: Ձեզ մոտ լավ ծրագրավորողներ կան, մեզ մոտ ուժեղ թիմեր` ֆինանասական մեծ հնարավորություններով»,-հավաստեց ռուս մասնագետը:

Նիկոլայ Կոմնևը շեշտեց, որ Ռուսաստանում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտին այնքան մեծ ուշադրություն չի դարձվում, որքան Հայաստանում: «Մենք նախանձում ենք մեր հայ գործընկերներին նրա համար, որ երկրի իշխանությունը նպատակաուղղված ուշադրություն է դարձնում այս ոլորտին. մեզ մոտ այն չի բավականացնում: Ռուսաստանում ՏՏ-ի բաժինը այնքան էլ մեծ չէ` չնայած շուկան մեծ է»,-նշեց նա:

Ընկերակցության տնօրենի խոսքով` Հայաստանում, որտեղ ռեսուրսները սահմանափակ են, գլխավոր ռեսուրսը մարդիկ են: «Այն, ինչ սովորեցնում են «Այբ» դպրուցում, և ինչ անում են հայ ծրագրավորողները, ովքեր ամբողջ աշխարհում են գործում, շատ կարևոր է: Դա կարևոր է թե ձեր երկրի համար, թե տեխնոլոգիական մշակույթի ձևավորման տեսանկյունից: Մենք ձեզանից սովորելու բաներ ունենք, օրինակ, ինձ շատ հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու պատրաստված լավ կադրերը, ծրագրավորողներն այստեղից չեն հեռանում, մնում ու աշխատում են իրենց երկրի համար: Մեզ համար այդ փորձը շատ կարևոր է»,- ավելացրեց Նիկոլայ Կոմնևը:

Երևանում ընթանում է «Ռուսաստանյան ՏՏ գագաթնաժողով 2015»-ը, որին մասնակցում են շուրջ 100 ռուսական հեղինակավոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Համաժողովը կազմակերպել է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միությունը (ԻՏՁՄ) Ռուսաստանի Համակարգչային և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների ընկերակցության հետ: Համաժողովը յուրաքանչյուր տարվա ապրիլին կազմակերպվում է ԱՊՀ տարածաշրջանի երկրներից որևէ մեկում:
