Վերին Պրովանսի Ալպերի դեպարտամենտի Տրուա-Էվեշե լեռնազանգվածի շրջանում Germanwings գերմանական ընկերության A320 օդանավի աղետի հետեւանքով զոհվածների մարմիններն առայժմ գտնվում են Ֆրանսիայում՝ Փարիզում կամ Սեն Լեզ Ալպ քաղաքում, որը գտնվում Է ավիաաղետի վայրի մերձակայքում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ապրիլի 2-ին Bild գերմանական թերթին հայտնել Է ֆրանսիական ժանդարմերիայի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Կսավիեր Վիալենսը:

«Բոլոր մարմինները դեռեւս գտնվում են Ֆրանսիայում: Կամ Սեն Լեզ Ալպում, կամ Փարիզում: Մարմիններից ոչ մեկը դեռեւս չի տեղափոխվել Գերմանիա»,-ասել Է Վիալենսը:

Germanwings ավիաընկերության A320 ինքնաթիռը, որը Բարսելոնից ուղեւորվում Էր Դյուսելդորֆ, կործանվել Է մարտի 24-ին Ֆրանսիայի հարավ - արեւելքում՝ Ալպերի դժվարամատչելի շրջանում: Աղետի հետեւանքով զոհվել Է 150 մարդ: Միակ հայտնաբերված «սեւ արկղի» ձայնագրությունը ցույց Է տալիս, որ աղետը դարձել Է երկրորդ օդաչուի՝ Գերմանիայի քաղաքացի Լուբիցի դիտավորյալ գործողությունների հետեւանքը:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հաղորդել Է Reuters գործակալությունը, ինքնաթիռի կործանման հետեւանքով զոհվածների հարազատների փոխհատուցման չափերը, կախված նրանց քաղաքացիությունից եւ այլ գործոններից, կարող են տատանվել եւ կազմել 30 հազարից մինչեւ 2,2 մլն դոլար:

Ընկերության դեմ հայցերը կարող են ներկայացվել այնտեղ, որտեղ գնվել Է տոմսը, ավիաընկերության հայրենի երկրում (ԳՖՀ), այն երկրի դատարանում, ուր մեկնում Էր ուղեւորը, կամ ուղեւորի հայրենի երկրում: Փոխհատուցման գումարը կախված կլինի ուղեւորի քաղաքացիությունից, տոմսի գնման վայրից, եկամուտների մակարդակից:

Ինչպես նշում են իրավաբանները, օրենսդրության առանձնահատկությունների պատճառով ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքացիներն անհամեմատ ավելի մեծ փոխհատուցում կստանան, քան եվրոպացիները կամ ասիական երկրների բնակիչները:

Lufthansa-group ապահովագրական կոնսորցիումը 300 միլիոն դոլար Է հատկացրել Germanwings ավիաընկերության Airbus A320 ինքնաթիռի կործանման հետեւանքով զոհվածների ընտանիքներին փոխհատուցներ վճարելու համար, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
