Khloé Kardashian Explains How the Kids Reacted to Caitlyn Jenner's Transition

On the newest episode of Kocktails With Khloé (airing Wednesday), Khloé Kardashian discussed how the littlest Kardashians reacted to Caitlyn Jenner's transition. According to Khloé, most of the Kardashian kids were too young to notice what was happening, but Kourtney's son Mason had some difficulty adjusting to the situation. "He was confused because he was like, 'What are you doing, Grandpa?'" Khloé said in a preview clip from the show, via Us Weekly. "We were just very honest with Mason, as much as we can be." She added that Mason was initially "uncomfortable" with Caitlyn, but Caitlyn fully understood.
As for North West and Penelope (born in 2013 and 2012, respectively), Khloé said that "the innocence of children" allowed them to be pretty chill throughout the process. "They don't know the difference," she explained. "They know her as just Caitlyn." Khloé has previously said that she struggled the most with Caitlyn's transition, because she felt Caitlyn had left her family out of the loop while making plans for the Diane Sawyer interview. "We felt so like, 'What the fuck?'" Khloé told Howard Stern earlier this year. "'We've been asking you and why do business people know?' I never want someone to feel like they have one-up on our family. We are a family."
