Ի շնորհիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կատարած ներդրումային ճիշտ քաղաքականության 2019թ ին արդեն իսկ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը նոր դիմագիծ կունենա: Հեղափոխությունից հետո շատ ժամանակ չանցած Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարեց տնտեսական հեղափոխության մեկնարկը և եթե ամփոփենք ներդրումային ծրագրերը ապա ահռելի աշխատանք կտեսնենք: Միջազգային խոշոր ընկերությունների հետ անցկացված «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» համաժողովի ընթացքում տարբեր պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերվեցին շուրջ վեց հարյուր մլն դոլարի տարբեր ներդրումներ իրականացնելու կապակցությամբ: Տեքստիլ արդյունաբերական հսկա « Սաբաղ » ընկերության հետ համատեղ շուրջ հինգ հարյուր մլն դոլարի ներդրում կատարվեց Հայաստանում, որի արդյունքում ստեղծվեցին « Մուլտի սոլար » և « Մուլտի գրուպ տեքստիլ » ընկերությունները, որի շնորհիվ Հայաստանը կունենա տասներեք նոր գործարան, յոթ հազար նոր աշխատատղերով: Պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց սիլիցիումի նոր գործարանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ որտեղ պետք է ներդրվի մեկ մլրդ դոլար և կստեղծի հազարից ավել աշխատատեղ: Երևանի կենտրոնում ընթանում է « Կեմպինսկի » հինգ աստխանի հյուրանոցի կառուցումը, որի նմանը դեռևս չկա Հայաստանում, բազմաբնակարանային շենքերի կառուցումը բացառապես սոցիալական ծանր պայմաններ ունեցողների համար և այլն: Այո գեղեցիկ երազանքների, ծրագրերի մասին խոսում են շատերը, բայց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արդեն իսկ դրել է տնտեսական հեղափոխության հիմքերը և կյանքի կոչելով իր իսկ կողմից հռչակված տնտեսական հեղափոխութոյւնը 2019թ-ին Հայաստանը նոր կերպարով կներկայանա աշխարհին:
