Վերջապես Երևանում տեղի ունեցավ և բավականին ինտրիգներով լեցուն ավարտ ունեցավ ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էին միության անդամ երկրների ղեկավարներն ու Մոլդովայի, Սինգապուրի և Իրանի նախագահները՝ որպես կառույցի գործընկեր անդամները։ Ինտրիգներից կարելի է առանձնացնել կոնկրետ մի քանի միջադեպեր, որոնք, որպես կանոն բնորոշ չեն նմանօրինակ միջոցառումներին։

Նախ մամուլում նախօրոք տեղեկատվություն էր շրջանառվել, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի այցի հետ կապված Երևանում հնարավոր է տեղի ունենան բողոքի ակցիաներ, ինչին ականատես եղանք հոկտեմբերի 1-ին։ Նախ նշենք, որ Երևանի ողջ կենտրոնում երթևեկությունը, որոշ հատվածներում նաև մարդկային հոսքերը, ամբողջովին դադարեցված էին, սակայն բավականին «կասկածելի» հանգամանքով Բաղրամյան պողոտայում հայտնվեց Տիգրան Խզմալյանի ղեկավարած կուսակցության մի քանի ակտիվիստներ հակապուտինյան պաստառներով և ԵՄ դրոշներով, իսկ դրան զուգահեռ, երբ ՌԴ նախագահը պատրաստվում էր մտնել նախագահական նստավայր, վրացի մի լրագրող բառացիորեն մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա Պուտինից հետաքրքրվում էր «վրացական օկուպացված տարածքների» ճակատագրով։

Մյուս միջադեպը, որը ՀՀ իշխանությունների համար դեռևս կթողնի ակնհայտ հետևանքներ, Իրանի նախագահի՝ հակաամերիկյան ելույթների տարափն էր։ Հասան Ռոհանին իր ելույթի զգալի մասը հատկացրեց հակաամերիկյան թեզեր հնչեցնելով ու բացահայտ մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելով։

Սակայն գագաթնաժողովի կուլմինացիան, իհարկե, տեղի ունեցավ հանդիպման պաշտոնական մասի ավարտից հետո, երբ բավականիին ուշ երեկոյան տեղեկատվություն հայտնվեց, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հանդիպել է Ռբերտ Քոչարյանի տիկնոջ՝ Բելա Քոչարյանի հետ։ Թեմայի հետ կապված իշխանական «գվարդիան» և ֆեյքային կոնգլոմերատը փորձեցին քարը քարի վրա չթողնել և արհեստական հակաքոչարյանական սարկազմիկ թեզեր շրջանառել, սա մինչ այն պահը, երբ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկոտր Սողոմոնյանը, ապա նաև Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հաստատեցին, այդ փաստի իսկությունը։

Եթե այս ամենին հետ համադրենք այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ դեսպանատանը տեղի ունեցած պաշտոնական արարողությունից հետո, ապա բավականին տրամաբանված է այն, որ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում էր կատարել, թե «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում մեկուկես ժամ «ջերմ» զրուցել է Պուտինի հետ։

Կարելի է փաստել մի կարևոր հանգամանք, անկախ նրանից, թե իշխանական շրջանակները ինչ ջատագովությամբ են լծված հայ-ռուսական «փայլուն» հարաբերությունների միֆի մասին նոր լեգենդներ թմբկահարելու գործին, փաստն այն է, որ ՀՀ իշխանություններն իրենց գործողություններում ու պարբերաբար արված հայտարարություններով դրսևորում են հակառուսական քայլեր։ Եվ եթե այս ամենին ֆոնին համադրենք նաև գազի գնի շուրջ ձախողված բանակցությունները, ապա ակնահայտ է դառնում, որ ՀՀ-ին բավականին դժվարին ու լարված ձմեռ է սպասվում։
