Մենք այս պահին արդեն որոշակիորեն բարձրացրել ենք ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձը, եւ այս պահին չեմ ուզում այնպիսի խոստումներ տալ, որոնք այս ճգնաժամային պայմաններում կարող են հավելյալ այլ խնդիրներ առաջացնել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 6–ին, քաղաքացիների հարցերին պատասխանելիս հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե «բացի գովեստի խոսքերից չե՞ք կարծում, որ արժե պարգեւավճարներ տալ ուսուցիչներին եւ մտածել աշխատավարձի շուտափույթ բարձրացման մասին»։

«2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերից ի վեր մենք 2 փոփոխություն ենք կատարել ուսուցիչների վճարման համակարգում, 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1–ից ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձերձերի նվազագույն չափը բարձրացվել է մինչեւ 108 հազար դրամ, իսկ 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերից ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձը շուրջ 10 տոկոսով բարձրացել էր։ Հիմա մենք ճգնաժամի մեջ ենք գտնվում, բազմաթիվ սոցիալական խնդիրներ կան, բազմաթիվ սոցիալական խավերի պետք է օգնենք եւ մենք սկսել ենք այդ պրոցեսը։ Այսօր շատ մարդիկ դարձել են գործազուրկ եւ նրանք շատ կուզենային աշխատեին եւ իրենց աշխատավարձը ստանային եւ ես կարծում եմ, որ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում արդեն վատ չէ, որ մենք կարողացել ենք ուսուցիչների համար լիարժեք աշխատանք եւ լիարժեք վարձատրություն ապահովել»,– ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետը պատասխանեց նաեւ ուսանողներին վերաբերող հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս պետք է վճարեն վարձավճարներն այն ուսանողները, որոնց ծնողներն այս օրերին զրկվել են աշխատելու եւ գումար վաստակելու հնարավորությունից, գուցե հնարավորություն լինի որոշ չափով փոխհատուցել այդպիսի ուսանողների ուսման վարձը։

«Կրթության նախարարն առաջարկել է, որ բուհերի ռեկտորները մինչեւ արտակարգ դրության ավարտը եւ եւս 2 շաբաթ ոչ մի ուսանողից վարձ չպահանջեն, որից հետո արդեն յուրաքանչյուր ուսանողի համար կկազմվի ուսման վարձը վճարելու անհատական գրաֆիկ։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, նախարարը կոչ է արել, որ բոլոր այն ուսանողները, որոնք գումարի վճարման խնդիր չունեն, անպայմանորեն վճարեն վարձերը, որ դասախոսներ կարողանան աշխատավարձ ստանալ։ Բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող ոչ մի ուսանող վարձի պատճառով դուրս չի մնալու բուհերից»,– ասաց Փաշինյանը։
