Ականապատ դաշտերի վերաբերյալ քարտեզների հանձնումը՝ 15 հայ գերու վերադարձի դիմաց նվազագույնը երեք հարթություն ունի։

Բարոյական տիրույթում 15 գերիների վերադարձը՝ 15 օջախի վերածնունդ է, ինչը միանշանակ ուրախալի է։

Դիվանագիտական, բանակցային առումով՝ անհամարժեք գործընթաց։ Գերիների վերադարձը սահմանված էր նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ։

Սակայն Ադրբեջանը նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին նոր՝ փաստաթղթից դուրս պահանջներ ներկայացրեց, որը, ցավոք, առաջնային օրակարգ մղվեց։

Արդյունքում պատերազմի ավարտից 7 ամիս անց ընդամենը 15 գերի հայրենադարձվեց, իսկ մյուսների ճակատագիրը, որոնց թիվը տարբեր հաշվարկներով 200-ին մոտ է, մնում է անհայտ։

Իսկ այս ամենի դիմաց ՀՀ-ն հանձնեց քարտեզներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալու Ադրբեջանին արագ դիրքավորվելու Արցախից բռնազավթված տարածքներում։ Դա մեզ համար խնդիր է և՛ ռազմական, և՛ տնտեսական, և թե՛ բարոյահոգեբանական առումով։

Կրկնում եմ՝ Ադրբեջանը գերիներին՝ բոլորին, պետք է վերադարձներ նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնությամբ, սակայն նրանց փոքր խմբի վերադարձի համար ստացավ իր համար ցանկալի զիջումը։

Ներքաղաքական տեսանկյունից ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀ-ն այս զիջմանը, այս գնով 15 գերու վերադարձին կարող էր հասնել շատ ավելի վաղ, սակայն թեման հետաձգել էր և պահել էր նախընտրական շրջանի համար։

Պարզ ասած, Փաշինյանը մեր 15 հայրենակիցների վերադարձն ամիսներով հետաձգել է, որովհետև այդ քայլը նրան անհրաժեշտ էր նախընտրական դիվիդենտների գնով։

Այս իշխանության համար զինվորականների, մարդու կյանքը արժեք չունի և թեման օգտագործում են այնպես, ինչպես այդ պահին իրենց ներքաղաքական, ներթիմային, նեղ անձնական շահերն են պահանջում։
