Հրապարակվել է Կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, ըստ որի՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անձնագրերի վավերականությունը կարող է սահմանափակվել երկու տարով: Առանց մանրամասնելու այս նախաձեռնության ծագման մասին՝  կցանկանայի հնչեցնել մի շարք հարցեր, որոնք կպահանջեն տրամաբանական և հիմնավորված պատասխաններ: Այս մասին տելեգրամյան իր էջում գրել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Գևորգյանը։ 

«1. Արդյո՞ք նման որոշումը, եթե ընդունվի, չի սահմանափակում քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը և դրանով իսկ չի հակասում Սահմանադրության համապատասխան նորմերին:

2. Ինչքանո՞վ է նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունը նպաստելու ընտրողների ցուցակի ճշգրիտ և իրատեսական կազմմանը և չի խոչընդոտելու արդյո՞ք այն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների ընտրական իրավունքի իրացմանը։   

3.Որքանո՞վ է այս նախագիծը բյուջեի վրա ֆիսկալ ազդեցություն ունենալու, պետությունը գումար կգանձի՞ յուրաքանչյուր նոր 2-ամյա ժամկետի համար: 

4. Արդյո՞ք հաշվարկվել են նման որոշման իրականացման բոլոր կազմակերպական և տեխնիկական ասպեկտները, արդյո՞ք սա նշանակում է, որ երկու տարին մեկ հսկայական թվով մարդիկ ստիպված են գործ ունենալ  պետության հետ՝ հերթ կանգնել, փաստաթղթեր կազմել, գործընթացները կլինե՞ն էլեկտրոնային ՝ ավտոմատ, թե՞ ոչ: 

5. Ինչպե՞ս կազդի նման որոշումը այլ պետություններից մեր հայրենակիցների կողմից Հայաստանի՝ երկրորդ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու գործընթացի որակի և ծավալի վրա: 

6. Արդյո՞ք այս որոշումը կնպաստի Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև արդյունավետ երկխոսությանը վիզային ռեժիմի ազատականացման և պարզեցման վերաբերյալ, և որքանո՞վ կշարունակվի օտարերկրյա պետությունների կողմից երկարաժամկետ (ավելի քան երկու տարի ժամկետով) վիզաների տրամադրումը: 

7. Արդյո՞ք այս լուծումը հակասություններ կառաջացնի աշխատուժի ազատ տեղաշարժի առումով գործող ԵԱՏՄ նորմերի և տրամաբանության հետ: 

8.Եվ ընդհանրապես, ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նման նախաձեռնության անհրաժեշտությունը:

Ամփոփելով ցանկանում եմ բոլորի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այն հանգամանքին, որ որոշումն իր ազդեցությամբ անդրադառնալու է աշխարհի 10 միլիոն հայերին։ Արդյո՞ք կան գնահատականներ՝ ինչքանո՞վ է այս առաջարկության տրամաբանությունը նպաստելու հայության համախմբվածությանը»,- հավելել է նա։
