Տնտեսական անկումը 2020-ին եղել է 7,4 տոկոս, այս տարի կանխատեսվում է 4,2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ. նույնիսկ 2019-ի ցուցանիշներին հասնելու համար մենք այս տարի պետք է ապահովեինք առնվազն 8 տոկոսանոց տնտեսական աճ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, տարեվերջյան իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:

«Չենք ապահովել, վստահ եմ, որ հաջորդ տարի եւս չենք ապահովելու եւ ստացվելու է, որ 2020-2022 թվականները լինելու են տեղում կանգնած տարիներ»,-ասաց նա:

Քոչարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2018-ին «կախարդական փայտիկի» մասին էր խոսվում. «Պարզվեց, որ այդ փայտիկը ռեվերսի ռեժիմով էր աշխատում: Դա ոչ թե մեր տնտեսությունը մեծացնելու համար էր, այլ ճիշտ հակառակը, ժողովրդին աղքատացնելու եւ տնտեսության ծավալները փոքրացնելու կախարդական փայտիկ էր:

Պետական պարտքը 9 մլրդ դոլարից անցել է եւ վերջին երեք տարում աճել է 2,3 մլրդ դոլարով: Սա նշանակում է, որ այս 4 տոկոսանոց սպասվող տնտեսական աճի մի  զգալի մասը պյմանավորված է պարտքի մեծացմամբ:

Գնաճը կազմել է 9,6 տոկոս: Ես 10 տարի նախագահ եմ եղել եւ չեմ պատկերացնում, թե ինչ պետք է անես, որ ունենաս 9,6 տոկոս գնաճ: Միջին գնաճը եղել է 2-3 տոկոս, սա է նորմալը: Նման գնաճի պարագայում որպես պետություն դու պարտավոր ես ինդեքսավորել թոշակներն ու աշխատավարձերը, ինչը չի արվում եւ չի էլ սպասվում:

Այս իշխանությունը կարծես շփոթել է երկնիշ թվերը գնաճի ու տնտեսական աճի միջեւ, տեղերը փոխվել են: Պետք է երկնիշ թվերով աճեր ոչ թե գնաճը, այլ տնտեսությունը: Մենք կարիք ունեն լրիվ այլ տնտեսական աճի տեմպերի, հակառակ դեպքում մեր անվտանգային հարցերը որեւէ կերպ հնարավորություն չենք ունենալու լուծելու»,-հայտարարեց երկրորդ նախագահը: Անդրադառնալով ներդրումների խնդրին, նա նկատեց, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում եւս պարզվեց, որ միլիարդավոր դոլարների ներդրումային ծրագրերը միֆ էին, լկտի սուտ. «Այս մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում մարդկանց ավելորդ լավատեսություն էին հաղորդում, ինչի պատճառով մարդիկ  մտել են մեծ սպառողական վարկերի բեռի տակ, եւ այսօր մենք կանգնած ենք վարկային փաթեթների անվորակ լինելու առջեւ: Մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ ունենալու ենք ճգնաժամ այդ վարկերի սպասարկման տեսանկյունից»,-ընդգծեց Քոչարյանը:
