Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ
Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է՝ օրվա իշխանությունները ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանին և ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանին պաշտոններից հետ կանչելու որոշումներ ընդունեցին։
 
Իրավիճակն աբսուրդային է նրանով, որ դա կատարվում է առկա անվտանգային մարտահրավերներից, պատերազմի՝ իրենց իսկ հայտարարած հնարավոր սպառնալիքից, Բերձորի խնդրից, նոր զիջումներից, ռազմագերիներին մինչ օրս հայրենիք չվերադարձնելու խնդրից հանրությանը շեղելու համար:
Խորհրդարան գնալու առաջին իսկ օրվանից հայտարարել էինք, որ ԱԺ վարչական պաշտոնները մեզ համար ինքնանպատակ չեն, ընդդիմադիր գործունեությանը օժանդակելու գործիք են, ինչը բխում է Սահմանադրությունից ու ժողովրդի տված քվեից:
 
Փաստ է, որ օրվա իշխանությունները տևական ժամանակ է՝ ջրբաժան են գծել Սահմանադրությունից, Անկախության հռչակագրից ու օրինականությունից՝ առհասարակ: Այս և դրան նախորդած վարքագիծը կայուն բռնապետության ցուցիչ է, ինչն աննախադեպ է, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ Հայաստանում ավելի է խորանում քաղաքական ճգնաժամը:
Միջազգային հանրությունը, չնայած պառլամենտարիզմի ակնհայտ նահանջին, համառորեն փորձում է չնկատել առկա իրավիճակը, մինչդեռ իշխանության այսպիսի վարքագծին պետք է հետևեր կտրուկ եւ անմիջական արձագանք:
 
Այս վարքագծով օրվա իշխանությունները ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում են, որ իրենք մտահոգված են բացառապես պաշտոններով, զբաղված՝ հետապնդումներով, զուրկ՝ երկրի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու որևէ հնարավորությունից, չունեն լեգիտիմություն, չեն ներկայացնում Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շահերը, իսկ այս պայմաններում հեռացումն անխուսափելի է։
