IDBank issued the 6th tranche of bonds of 2025

On October 17, 2025, IDBank placed registered coupon bonds under the abbreviation AMANLBBM3ER4 through a public offering on the following terms:
- Total volume - 10 million dollars
- Annual interest rate - 5%
- Bond maturity - 36 months (3 years)
- Bond payment – 6 months
- Start of issue/placement – October 17, 2025
- End of placement – November 05, 2025
- Maturity date – October 17, 2028
The bonds will be placed from October 17, 2025 to November 05, 2025 inclusive. It should be noted that this is the 33th issue of IDBank's dollar bonds and the 6th tranche of 2025.
After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the “Armenian Stock Exchange” OJSC. The bonds will be quoted through the Marketmaker.
