Խորհրդարանական քառօրյան ավարտվեց, ԱԺ-ում ամեն ինչ խաղաղ էր ու հանգիստ, ընդդիմությունը կարծես ընդհատակ էր անցել կամ բարիշել իշխանության հետ: Հասկանալու համար, թե որտեղ է թաքնված շան գլուխը, արդյո՞ք օրինակ ԲՀԿ-ի մարտավարության եւ քաղաքական տեսակետների մեջ տեղի են ունեցել փոփոխություններ, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԲՀԿ խոսնակ Վահան Բաբայանի հետ.

«Աշխարհի ուշադրությունն այս օրերին Հայաստանի վրա էր, ուստի, հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը, մենք մեր քայլերում զուսպ էինք ու համախմբված: Խորհրդարանում մենք բավական ակտիվ ենք, սակայն ԲՀԿ-ն այն ուժը չէ, որ հայերիս համար կարեւոր այս փուլում չհաշվարկած քայլեր կատարի»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր մարտավարությանը, ապա ասեմ, որ մենք տվյալ հարցի շուրջ դեռ քննարկման փուլում ենք գտնվում: Մեր կառույցներում արդեն հստակեցում է մտցվել, մարդիկ իրենց բնականոն հունով աշխատանքներ են տանում:

Հարցին, թե ո՞ւմ ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներով է աշխատանքներ իրականացնում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, Վ. Բաբայանը պատասխանեց. «Հետաքրիր է, որ խորհրդարանական երկրորդ ուժի համար, ով ունի բազմաթիվ համակիրներ, մարդիկ փորձում են հովանավորներ գտնել: Մեր թիմում կան լուրջ հնարավորությունների տեր մարդիկ, գործարարներ, ովքեր կարող են ԲՀԿ-ի գործունեության իրականացման համար որոշ բաներ անել: ԲՀԿ-ն ոչ միայն գործարարներով, այլեւ իր շարքային կուսակցականներով է ոտքի կանգնում»:

Իսկ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հետ կապված էլ, Բաբայանը նշեց. «ԲՀԿ-ն սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հետ կապված իր տեսակետը չի փոխել: Եթե խոսք լինի   կիսանախագահական համակարգի պահպանման մասին, ապա այս պարագայում հնարավոր է, որ մենք անգամ առաջարկներով հանդես գանք, սակայն եթե պետք է փոխվի խորհրդարանական մոդելի, ապա մենք ասել ենք ու ասում ենք` դեմ ենք: Մենք այս եզրահանգմանն ենք եկել` ելնելով երկրի ներքին անվտանգության հարցերից: Հարկ եղած դեպքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ միասին կլինեն նաեւ հանրահավաքներ, երթեր»:
