Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել` գործարար, նախկին պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ-ական Գոհար Ենոքյանի դեմ ընտրված խափանման միջոցը փոխելու պահանջով:

Անդրադառնալով խնդրին` Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ Ն. Զոհրաբյանը նշեց. «ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էլինար Վարդանյանն այսօր դատախազություն տարավ 37 պատգամավորական ստորագրություններ: Նշեմ, որ միջնորդությանը միացել էին խորհրդարանում ներկայացված բոլոր վեց քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները: Ենոքյան Գոհարին ազատելու միջնորդությանն է կցվել նաեւ բժշկական տեղեկանքների փաթեթ` վերջինիս առողջության հետ կապված: Մեզ մնում է սպասել ու տեսնել, թե ինչպես կարձագանքի դատախազությունը: Նիստից անմիջապես հետո մենք մի քանի պատգամավորներով կայցելենք տիկին Ենոքյանին»:

Խոսելով հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից պաշտոնական հայտարարության բացակայության մասին` ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարն ասաց. «Երեկ գիշեր տեւական ժամանակ ես եղել եմ Գոհար Ենոքյանի մոտ: Ուզում եմ ասել, որ գործի իրավական կողմը չեմ ցանկանում քննարկել, քանի որ չկա հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը. պաշտոնապես հայտարարված չէ, թե ինչ մեղադրանք է առաջադրված տիկին Ենոքյանին: Ես ցանկանում եմ ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել նրա առողջական վիճակին. չի կարելի նման առողջական վիճակում գտնվող 73-ամյա կնոջը վերցնել կալանքի տակ»:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը նաեւ հավաստիացրեց, որ Գոհար Ենոքյանն ինքն է շահագրգռված, որպեսզի հարուցված քրեական գործը բացահայտվի եւ իրականացվի արդար դատավարություն. «Ես վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ Ենոքյանն ինքը շահագրգռված է արդար դատավարություն անցկացնելու համար եւ մասնակցելու է դատական գործընթացին` ապացուցելու իր արդարությունը: Նա Հայաստանը լքելու խնդիր չունի»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ տարածված լուրերի` նախկին ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Գոհար Ենոքյանը կասկածվում է Կարո Կարապետյանի սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու մեջ:
