Երեկ Ազատության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցավ հանրային քննարկում՝ կապված էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման հետ: Թեեւ հավաքվածների թիվը դժվար թե գերազանցեր հիսունը, այնուամենայնիվ, մտահոգ հանրության ներկայացուցիչները առաջ քաշեցին խնդրին լուծում տալու եւ գնաճի դեմ պայքարելու հնարավոր տարբերակները:

Հավաքվածներից «Ո՛չ թալանին» նախաձեռնության անդամ Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց, որ իրենք դիմելու են պայքարի ցանկացած միջոցի` փողոցային պայքար, հանրահավաք: Հարցին, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված Ազատության հրապարակում բոլորիս համար կարեւորագույն հարցի շուրջ մարդկանց սակավաթիվ լինելը, արդյո՞ք դա վկայում է հանրության անտարբերության մասին, դժգոհություն հայտնելով՝ Վ. Շուշանյանը նշեց. «Մարդիկ քիչ են, քանի որ հեռուստաեթեր չի տրամադրվում հանրությանն իրազեկելու համար, որպեսզի նրանք գան ու մասնակցեն մեր ակցիաներին եւ քննարկումներին:

Ասեմ, որ «Ո՛չ թալանին» նախաձեռնությունն իր անդամներով դեռ անցած տարվանից էր պայքարում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ: Նախորդ թանկացման մասին շատ ուշ ենք տեղեկացրել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ հաջող արդյունքներ չունեցանք: Այս տարի թանկացման մասին մենք շուտ իմացանք` երկու ամիս առաջ: Հենց դա է պատճառը, որ որոշեցինք ոտքի հանել ժողովրդին»:

ՀԵՑ-ի գործելաոճի վերաբերյալ էլ Շուշանյանն ասաց. «Հայ էլեկտրական ցանցեր ընկերությունը անհասկանալի հիմնավորումներով ներկայացրել է իր հայցադիմումը` էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնելու համար: Մեր բնակչության մեծամասնությունը միանշանակ դեմ է այս ամենին, քանի որ այն գլոբալ հարց է, որը ունենալու է շատ ծանր հետեւանքներ. կթանկանան առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարենամթերքները, տեղի կունենա սպառման քանակի կրճատում, ինչպես նաեւ կլինի արտագաղթի մեծ հոսք: Մարդիկ հնարավորություն չեն ունենալու վճարել եւ ստիպված են լինելու արտագաղթել»:

Նշենք, որ հանրային քննարկման ժամանակ հնարավորություն տրվեց յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու առաջարկել պայքարի իր տարբերակը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ ելույթները շատ էին եւ տարբեր, առաջ քաշվող մեթոդները՝ պարզ ու օրինական:

Քննարկման ընթացքում որոշվեց պայքարել մինչեւ վերջ, հարկ եղած դեպքում հրավիրել հանրահավաքներ եւ բողոքի ցույցեր, սակայն չհանձնվել: Նշենք, որ հավաքվածները որոշում կայացրեցին ոչ մի դեպքում չկազմակերպել ստորագրահավաքներ եւ չդիմել դատարան: Վերջիններս գտնում են, որ դա իրեն սպառած եւ անարդյունավետ տարբերակ է:
