Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ երեկ Աբովյանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում առաջադրված Արթուր Գեղամի Հարությունյան անուն-ազգանունով երկրորդ թեկնածուն, որին առաջադրել են Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու նրա թիմակիցները՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանի (Պալաչ) ձայները փոշիացնելու համար, գնացել և ինքնաբացարկի դիմում է ներկայացրել Կոտայքի մարզի թիվ 28 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովին: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սիրակ Մեսրոպյանը դիմումը ստանալուն պես առանձնացել և ինչ որ զանգ է կատարել, ինչից անմիջապես հետո Ծառուկյանի թիկնազորը՝ հայտնի Էդոյի գլխավորությամբ, ԸԸՀ-ից առևանգել է Արթուր Հարությունյանին:

Ավելի ուշ սպառնալիքների ու ճնշումների ազդեցության տակ թեկնածուն վերադարձել է և իր ինքնաբացարկի դիմումը հետ է վերցրել:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված՝ Orer.am-ը կապ հաստատեց ԿԸՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Հերմինե Հարությունյանի հետ, ով զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց. «Մամուլում տեղ գտած հրապարակման փաստերը չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Ո՛չ քաղաքացի Արթուր Գեղամի Հարությունյանը, ո՛չ վերջինիս անունից լիազորված որևէ անձ, ո՛չ նրա լիազորված ներկայացուցիչը թեկնածուի գրանցումից հետո մինչ այս պահը չեն այցելել թիվ 28 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողով և չեն ներկայացրել որևէ, այդ թվում, ինքնաբացարկի դիմում: ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի որևէ աշխատակից այսօր առավոտյան չի մեկնել Աբովյան քաղաք»:
