Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, օրերս Բաքվում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միջեւ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը:

Ըստ Վ. Պուտինի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովի` երկրի նախագահները քննարկել են ռուս-ադրբեջանական երկկողմ հարաբերությունները եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը:

Թե իրականում ինչ է թաքնված այս հանդիպման տակ եւ արդյոք Հայաստանին թշնամի երկրին զենք վաճառող Ռուսաստանը դիմում է այնպիսի քայլերի, որի պտուղները բավական «դառը» կլինեն Հայաստանի համար, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանից.

«Ես ուզում եմ որպես հիմք ընդունել թե՛ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի,  թե՛ Ռուսաստանի առաջին դեմքերի` կլինի Լավրովի, Բորդյուժայի, Նարիժկինի հայտարարություններն այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները որեւէ այլ երկրի հետ՝ լինի դա Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիան, չի կարող ուղղված լինել Ռուսաստանի ռազամվարական դաշնակից Հայաստանի դեմ: Ես ուզում եմ նաեւ որպես հիմք ընդունել այն, որ մենք գործ ունենք լուրջ երկրի հետ: Պետք է նշեմ, որ տվյալ երկրների հարաբերությունների խորացումն իրապես մտահոգում է «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը` հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանին վաճառում է ոչ թե պաշտպանական, այլ հարձակվողական սպառազինություն: Այս հարցը ես ինքս բազմիցս բարձրացրել եմ թե՛ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում Նարիժկինի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայում Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան միջխորհրդարանական նիստի ժամանակ: Սակայն ասեմ, որ այնպես չէ, որ հնչեցված պատասխաններն ինձ բավարարել են, բայց ամեն դեպքում այս պահին մենք ունենք Ռուսաստանի առաջին դեմքերի հայտարարությունները, որ այդ հարաբերությունները տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ երբեւէ չեն կարող լինել ի վնաս ռազմավարական դաշնակից Հայաստանի»:

Իսկ Ադրբեջանում տիրող համեմատական խաղաղության վերաբերյալ, որը հիմնականում կապում են երկրում ընթացող Եվրոպական խաղերի հետ, Ն. Զոհրաբյանը նշեց.
«Մենք տեսնում ենք այսբերգի միայն վերին շերտը. Ադրբեջանում այս պահին վիճակը ծայրահեղ է, 80-ից ավելի լրագրողներ եւ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստներ գտնվում են բանտերում, որոնցից երկուսի առողջական վիճակը ծանր է: Այնպես որ Ադրբեջանը կարողանում է իր նավթադոլարային քողածածկույթով կայունության իմիտացիա ստեղծել, բայց ես ողջունում եմ Եվրոպական միության բոլոր այն լիդերներին, ովքեր բոյկոտեցին Եվրոպական խաղերը եւ չմասնակցեցին դրանց բացմանը: Հենց այդ պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանը չի հարգում իր քաղաքացու ազատ խոսքի իրավունքը, որի հետեւանքով էլ այսօր Ադրբեջանի բանտերը լցված են լրագրողներով, ընդդիմադիրներով, քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստներով: Ի դեպ՝ մենք պետք է ընդունենք, որ Ադրբեջանում ընդդիմադիր կոչվածը գոյություն չունի. խոսքս վերաբերում է այն փոքր դոզայով ընդդիմախոսներին, ովքեր անգամ ծպտուն հանելու դեպքում հայտնվում են բանտերում»:
