Orer.am-ը շարունակում է լուսաբանել Ազատության հրապարակում հավաքված  էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի դեմ պայքարող պահանջատեր քաղաքացիների քայլերը եւ դրանց հետ կապված հնարավոր զարգացումները:

Ինչպես մեզ հետ զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց «Սոցիոմետր» անկախ սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը, Ազատության հրապարակում պայքարի դուրս եկած քաղաքացիները որեւէ էական ազդեցություն չեն կարող ունենալ խնդրի լուծման վրա, քանզի ՀՀ կառավարությունը հետ չի կանգնի իր որոշումից. «Հանրահավաքների ճնշման ներազդեցությունը թուլացել է: Առաջ այդ մեթոդը նորություն էր, եւ իշխանությունները բավական սարսափում էին հանրահավաքներից: Հիմա լավագույն դեպքում մարդկանց կկանչեն կառավարություն՝ բանակցությունների՝ հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների պահանջները ճշտելու համար:

Ինչ վերաբերում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ պայքարին, ապա կարծում եմ, որ դա անհնար բան է. կառավարությունը հետ չի կանգնի իր որոշումից եւ չի իջեցնի հոսանքի գինը: Դա այս պարագայում նաեւ հեղինակության խնդիր է: Մարդիկ կաղմկեն-կաղմկեն, կգնան տուն» :

Համեմատական անցկացնելով Նաիրիտցիների կողմից անցկացվող հանրահավաքների հետ՝ սոցիոլոգը նշեց. ««Նաիրիտ»  գործարանի աշխատողների պահանջը մի փոքր այլ է եւ ավելի լուրջ է, որովհետեւ դա միանվագ ակցիա է մի կոլեկտիվի կողմից, որը մշտապես կարող է հավաքվել եւ հանդես գալ պահանջով: Համեմատական անցկացնելով՝ կարող եմ ասել, որ հոսանքի գնի փոփոխության հետ հույսեր կապելն ապարդյուն է, անգամ կարող եմ ասել, որ դա մանկամտություն է»:

Հարցին, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքը, որ քաղաքական ուժերը այս խնդրի շրջանակներում հայտնվել են լուսանցքում եւ արդյոք սա հարմար առիթ չէ ժողովրդի աչքին թոզ փչելու եւ ամենակարողը ձեւանալու համար, Ա. Ադիբեկյանը պատասխանեց. «Քաղաքական ուժերը համապատասխան առիթ են ման գալիս, որ ցույց տան, թե իբր իրենք ժողովրդի շահերի պաշտպանն են: Նրանք չունեն միջոց, որի մասին կարող են խոսել եւ հարց լուծել: Եթե նրանք ունենային կոնստրուկտիվ միջոցներ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը չբարձրացնելու վերաբերյալ, ապա մեծ ոգեւորությամբ կբարձրաձայնեին այդ մասին: Քաղաքական ուժերն այս պահի դրությամբ կարող են ասել, որ վիճակը վատ է, սակայն իրականում ինչ պետք է անել, դառնում է անհասկանալի»:
