Ադրբեջանը, պարբերաբար խախտելով հրադադարը, շանտաժ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը: Ինչպես հայտնում է Orer.am-ը, այս մասին այսօր «Դիալոգ» մամուլի ակումբում ասաց ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը:

Նախկին նախարարը նկատեց, որ այժմ ագրեսիա չկա. «Մենք գտնվում ենք պատերազմական իրավիճակում: Հաճախ մոռանում ենք դրա մասին ու սկսում ենք խաղաղ իրավիճակ պատկերացնել: Այն, ինչ կատարվում է հիմա, ուղղակի զինադադարի խախտումներ են Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Ագրեսիան այն է, երբ մի պետության զինված ուժերը հարձակվում են ու վերցնում տարածքներ: Նա փորձում է վերցնել դիրքեր, որոնք տալիս են իրեն առավելություն, բայց չի հաջողվում»:

Խոսելով Ռուսաստանի կողմից տրամադրված ռազմական վարկի մասին՝ Վ. Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ դա կապված չէ ինչ որ գործողություններ սկսելու հնարավորության հետ. «Մենք ունենք տեխնիկա, որի ժամկետը լրացել է և պետք է փոխենք: Ի հայտ են գալիս նոր զինատեսակներ: Ադրբեջանը զինվում է, և մենք պետք է պատասխան գտնենք դրան: Սա գործընթաց է, որը չի կարելի պայմանավորել մեր՝ ինչ-որ բանի պատրաստվելով»:

Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ Ռուսաստանը զենք է վաճառում և՛ մեզ, և՛ Ադրբեջանին, նա նշեց, որ Ռուսաստանը պարզապես փորձում է մեծացնել իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում. «Սա ընդունված ձև է: Մինչև 2010 թիվը Ռուսաստանը զենք չի վաճառել, վաճառեց, երբ իր վրա վերցրեց Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի համար պատասխանատվությունը: Նման ձևով նա ավելացնում է իր ազդեցությունն Ադրբեջանի վրա»:

Խոսելով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից զենք գնելու համար ծախսած գումարների տարբերության մասին՝ Վ. Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ դա բալանսավորվում է պայմանագրերով և մեր՝ Ռուսաստանից ներքին գներով զենք գնելու հնարավորությամբ. «Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի կողմից պաշտպանված է ՀԱՊԿ պայմանագրով: Ադրբեջանը, եթե վստահ լիներ, որ պատերազմ սկսելու դեպքում կհաղթի՝ կսկսեր: Բայց հիմա պատերազմ սկսելը նշանակում է պատերազմ սկսել Ռուսաստանի դեմ»:

Վ. Հարությունյանը խոսեց նաև այն մասին, թե Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները վերացնելը ինչ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ մեզ վրա. «Դա լավ ազդեցություն կունենա մեզ վրա: Սա կնվազեցնի Ադրբեջանի՝ որպես նավթային պետության դերը: Իրանը դուրս է գալիս նավթային շուկա: Իրանը միշտ եղել է չեզոք դիրքում, ինչը մեզ ձեռնտու է: Տարածաշրջանում Իրանի դերի բարձրացումը թուլացնում է Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին»:
