Ինչպես հայտնում է Orer.am-ը, այսօր «Անալիտիկ» մամուլի ակումբում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացմանն է անդրադարձել ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի ձեռնարկատիրության և սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ Արշակ Սադոյանը:

Արշակ Սադոյանը նշեց, որ աուդիտի ացկացմամբ լայն հնարավորություն է բացվել. «Լայն էվոլյուցիոն ճանապարհ է բացվել Բաղրամյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի շնորհիվ: Աուդիտի ընթացքում երիտասարդները հնարավորություն կունենան փայլուն ցույցեր անելու, նույնիսկ՝ Բաղրամյանը փակելու: Մնում է ջահելները պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում ցուցաբերեն, չխաբվեն, ու աուդիտը չլինի ֆինանսական»:

Լրագրողների այն նկատառմանը, որ օգոստոսի 1-ից պետությունը միևնույն է վճարելու է ՀԷՑ-ին, Արշակ Սադոյանը պատասխանեց. «Իսկ ո՞վ ասաց, որ տալու են, դեռ էնքան պայմանավորվածություններ կլինեն Բիբինների հետ…»:

Այն հարցին, թե ինչքանով կարող ենք վստահել ՀԷՑ-ում արվելիք աուդիտին, եթե Համաշխարհային բանկը աուդիտ է անցկացել ու «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի վերագործարկումը համարել աննպատակահարմար, Արշակ Սադոյանը պատասխանեց. ««Նաիրիտն» ապուշություն է, էլ հնարավոր չէ վերականգնել: Անիմաստ է վերականգնել հին «Նաիրիտը»: Այդ մեծ տարածքում արդեն ժանգոտած խողովակներով հին քիմիական տեխնոլոգիաներ են: Համաշխարհային բանկն ընդամենը գնահատել է՝ հնարավո՞ր է այս վիճակով վերագործարկել, թե ոչ: Պետք չէ այս աուդիտի արդյունքները համեմատել ՀԷՑ-ում արվելիք աուդիտի հետ»:
