Վերջին օրերին համաշխարհային ֆինանսական շուկայում արժույթի անկայուն վիճակը մտահոգությունների տեղիք է տալիս: Ինչպե՞ս կարող է այս վիճակն անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի վրա ու արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է՝ կրկնվի 2008 թվականին տեղի ունեցած ֆինանսական ճգնաժամը: Ինչպես հայտնում է Orer.am-ը, այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս հարցերին է անդրադարձել տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը: «20-րդ դարի վերջին և 21 դարի սկզբին բազմաթիվ բացասական բնույթի զարգացումներ ուժգնացել են՝ գերտերությունների հավակնություններն են սրացել, ֆինանսական հոսքերն են դեֆորմացվել: Տնտեսական ու ֆինանսական համակարգերը կրում են այդ դեֆորմացիայի ազդեցությունը: Մեր երկիրը, լինելով ոչ մեծ երկիր, չունենալով ռազմավարական բնույթի ռեսուրսներ, գտնվում է շատ խոցելի վիճակում, բոլոր վայրիվերումները իրենց արտացոլումն են ստանում ՀՀ-ում: Մենք ամեն ինչն ավելի ցցուն տեսնում ենք ֆինանսական շուկայում»,- ասաց բանախոսը:

Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ մեր երկրում Կենտրոնական բանկն արհեստականորեն է պահում մեր դրամը, ինչն ունի բացասական հետևանքներ: «ԿԲ-ի վրա դրված է պարտականություն՝ գրեթե արհեստականորեն փորձում է պահապանել դրամն արժեզրկումից: Սա նման է լարախաղացի, որի ձեռքի մի փայտը չկա, բնականաբար, հավասարակշռությունը կկորցնի: Նույն էլ ԿԲ-ի պարագայում է, այն միայնակ գործել չի կարող: ՀՀ-ում երկու տրիլիոն դրամը գերազանցող վարկային պորտֆեյլ կա, նաև ունենք դոլարով վերցրած վարկեր և հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ պահել դոլար, եթե քո երկրի արտարժույթը դրամն է, ուրեմն ոմանց համար շահավետ է պահապանել այլ արտարժույթներ»,- ասաց մասնագետը:

Ըստ Բոստանջյանի՝ մեր երկիրիը դոլարիզացված է, և, ուզենք թե չուզենք, մեր բոլոր կապերը իրականացնում ենք ՌԴ-ի հետ, որի հետևում թաքնված է փողը, ֆինանսը, և այնտեղ տեղի ունեցող վայրիվերումները, բացասական ազդեցություններն իրենց հետքն են թողնում մեր երկրի վրա: Բանախոսը չբացառեց նաև 2008 թվականին տեղի ունեցած ճգնաժամի կրկնությունը: «2008-ի ֆինանսկան ճգնաժամը գերկառավորողների կողմից էր խթանվել: Այս պայմաններում բացառված չէ, որ ֆինանսական ճգնաժամը կկրկնվի, իսկ այդ պատժամիջոցները ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան ճգնաժամի սիմպտոմներ»- ասաց բանախոսը:
