Մեր հարեւան, բայց ոչ երբեւէ բարեկամ պետությունների նախագահները իրենց սուրբ պարտքն են համարում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հայտարարել ու հիշեցնել, թե իբր Թուրքիան մշտապես Արբեջանի կողքին է լինելու: Նման պահվածքը, իհարկե, խոսում է մեկ բանի մասին, որ տվյալ պետությունների ղեկավարությունը հերթական անգամ շախ եւ մատի է ենթարկվել հայկական կողմից դիվանագիտական եւ ռազմավարական հարթակներում:

Հերթական թուրքա-ադրբեջանական հայտարարության եւ «սուրբ եղբայրության» վերաբերյալ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Զինվոր» համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի հետ: «1994 թվականից մենք ունեցել ենք զինադադար, սակայն միշտ էլ հասկացել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանին Թուրքիայի նման պետությունը միշտ էլ սատարել է: Նկատենք, որ մինչ օրս զինադադարի իրական պատկեր չի եղել: Մշտապես հնչել են հայտարարություններ ադրբեջանական կողմից, թե իրենք պատրաստ են իրենց զենքերի պաշարները գործի դնելով ռմբակոծություններ իրականացնել, կազմակերպել դիվերսիոն հարձակումներ եւ այլն: Ասեմ, որ երբեւիցե խոսքով ու իրենց բռնապետական նավթ ու գազով նրանք չեն կարող հաղթել մի ժողովրդի, որը պաշտպանում է իր հայրենիքը, պապենական հողերը եւ ժողովրդին: Նրանց հայտարարությունները մեզ երբեք էլ չեն վախեցրել»,- նշեց տիկին Խաչատրյանը:

«Զինվոր» համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահը, ի գիտություն հակառակորդ կողմերի, զրույցի ժամանակ հավելեց նաեւ, որ թշնամին պետք է լավ իմանա, որ հայերը երբեք չեն լքի իրենց հայրենիքը: «Ասեմ ավելին, մենք միշտ պատրաստ ենք մարտնչելու եւ մեր հողերը պահելու: Մեր հզորությունը ուժն ու եռանդը մեր կայացած բանակն է: Մեր ուժն ու կորովն այնքան մեծ է, որ մենք կարող ենք ջարդել ցանկացած թշնամու: Փառք մեր տղաներին, որոնք պահում են սահմանները: Ես գիտեմ, որ վախի զգացում հակառակորդի մոտ կա, քանի որ նրանք լավ գիտեն, որ մենք մեր հողերին տեր ենք: Ադրբեջանցիները դեռ առաջնորդվում են այն գաղափարով, թե իրենք թվով շատ են, ուրեմն պատերազմի դեպքում կհաղթեն, ցանկանում եմ հիասթափեցնել նրանց եւ հայտարարել՝ Հայոց բանակը որակային առումով ավելի հզոր է եւ ուժեղ, այնպես որ թող ազերիները չփորձեն սպառնալ»,- ասաց Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանը:

«Այսօրվա 18 տարեկան զինվորը չի ցանկանում իր տեղը զիջել մեր ազատամարտիկներին ու պայմանագրային զինծառայողներին: Նրանց պատասխանը միշտ հետեւյալն է եղել` նրանք իրենց պարտքը կատարել են, իսկ հիմա մենք ենք մեր պարտքը կատարում հայրենիքի ու մեր մայրերի առաջ: Այ, սա է իսկական զինվորը, այ սա է իրական հայրենիք պահողը»,- ասաց վերջինս:
