Արդեն քանի օր է՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանում իրավիճակը թեժ է` թշնամու կողմից կրակահերթերը, հատուկ սպառազինության կիրառումը դիպուկ ու արժանի հակահարվածներ են ստանում:

Հայոց բանակի եւ այնտեղ տիրող կարգուկանոնի, մինչ օրս գրանցած հաջողությունների, ինչպես նաեւ հայ զինվորի անկոտրում ոգու մասին Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Զինվոր» ՀԿ-ների խորհրդի նախագահ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի հետ, ով անդրադարձավ ադրբեջանական այն հեքիաթներին, թե իբր իրենց բանակում զինծառայողների քանակը որակ է ապահովում: «Հայ զինվորին ու Հայոց բանակին ադրբեջանական կողմը իր քանակով չի կարող վախեցնել, քանի որ որակային առումով մենք ավելի ուժեղ ենք: Ադրբեջանը դեռ այն մտքին է, որին եղել է տարիներ առաջ: Այն ժամանակ եւս իրենք շփոթվել ու կարծել են, թե իրենց զինվորների քանակը որակ կարող է ապահովել»,- ասաց նա:

Խոսելով Հայոց բանակում ծառայող զինվորների մասին՝ տիկին Խաչատրյանն ընդգծեց, որ սահմանը պահող զինվորների բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը բավական բարձր է: «Այսօր զինվորի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն ավելի բարձր մակարդակի վրա է: Որպեսզի վիճակը պահպանվի, դեռ մի բան էլ բարելավվի, մեր կողմից հունվարից մինչ օրս Պաշտպանության բանակի գրեթե բոլոր զորամասերում իրականացվել եւ իրականացվում են միջոցառման տարբեր ծրագրեր: Միջոցառումների ցանկին են պատկանում մշակութային տարբեր ծրագրերը, խրամատներում ու դիրքերում իրականացվում են մատաղի արարողություններ, մկրտություններ եւս լինում են, նվերների բաշխում ենք կատարում` սպորտային համազգեստներ ենք նվիրում եւ այլն: Եթե նախկինում զինվորին խրախուսելու համար նվիրում էինք ձեռքի ժամացույց, ապա այժմ ամեն ինչ այլ կերպ է»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ տիկին Խաչատրյանի՝ իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում է գտնվում նաեւ սպայական կազմը:«Մենք մեր աշխատանքային պլանի համաձայն (որը հաստատվում է պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից)՝ կատարում ենք մեր գործը հավուր պատշաճի` ուշադրության կենտրոնում են գտնվում ոչ միայն զիվորները, այլեւ սպայական կազմը, չեն անտեսվում զոհվածների ընտանիքները, որոնց եւս աջակցում ենք: Մենք մեր բանակի ձեռքբերում ենք համարում նաեւ այն, որ հասել ենք նրան, որ զինվոր-զինվոր, զինվոր-սպա եւ զինվոր-հրամանատարական կազմ հարաբերություններում ամեն ինչ բարձր մակարդակի վրա է: Սա մեծ ձեռքբերում է, երբ զինվորը հարգում է իր հրամանատարական կազմին: Ի դեպ, կարող եմ ճիշտ հակառակն էլ ասել, հրամանատարները մեր զինվորներին վերաբերվում են ինչպես իրենց երեխաներին»,- ասաց Մ. Խաչատրյանը:
