Առանց ձեռքերի ուսուցչի համբավը, ով, հեռավոր լեռնային գյուղի աղքատ աշակերտներին կրթելով, գիտելիքներ ու հույս է բերել այստեղ, տարածվել է ողջ համացանցով։ 

41-ամյա Ջիանգ Շենգֆան արդեն 10 տարուց ավել է՝ որպես փոխարինող ուսուցիչ է աշխատում Չանգան գյուղի Անլե դպրոցում։

Մի վայրում, որտեղ երիտասարդները հրաժարվում են ապրել ու աշխատել, ուժեղ կամքի տեր այս տղամարդը կավճի կտորն ամրացնում է իր ուսի հատվածից ու օգտագործում իր բերանը՝ գրքերը թերթելու համար, որպեսզի դասավանդի 40 աշակերտներից բաղկացած դասարանին։

Ջիանգ Շենգֆան, ով կորցրել է իր երկու ձեռքերը 1996թ․-ին էլեկտրական շոկի հետևանքով, դասավանդում է փոքրիկ գյուղի դպրոցում արդեն 12 տարի։
