Orer.am-ը, որպես զարկերակային հարց պահելով Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության թեման, գործով փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանից տեղեկացավ, թե որ փուլում է գտնվում հարուցված քրեական գործը: Ըստ փաստաբանի` դեռեւս քննչական գործողություններ են իրականացվում: «Սպասում ենք դատահոգեբուժական, դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննության եզրակացությանը, որն իրականացվել էր մեր միջնորդության հիման վրա: Եզրակացությունը ստանալուց հետո, ինձ թվում է՝ նախաքննության ավարտը կհայտարարվի, եթե, իհարկե, նախաքննական մարմինը դրանից բխող նոր քննչական գործողություններ չիրականացնի»,- նշեց փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը:

Խոսելով փորձաքննության` օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետի մասին՝ Ե. Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ ընդհանրապես փորձաքննություն իրականացնելու համար սահմանված է մեկ ամիս ժամկետ, սակայն սա բավական բարդ փորձաքննություն է` բազմաթիվ մասնագետների ներգրավվածությամբ: «Փորձաքննության մի փուլն արդեն իրականացվել է, եւ եթե մասնագետները գտնեն, որ դա բավարար է, կտան եզրակացություն, չի բացառվում, որ որոշակի փուլում նոր հետազոտության կարիք լինի»,- ասաց փաստաբանը:

Գործի ընթացքից բացի՝ Orer.am-ը գյումրեցի Մարտուն Գրիգորյանից փորձեց տեղեկանալ սպանվածների հարազատների վիճակի, նրանց խնդիրների ու պահանջների մասին: Ինչպես նշեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը, հանդիպումներ հարազատների հետ եղել են «սրանից մի քանի ժամանակ առաջ»:

Վերջինս չմանրամասնեց, թե ինչ է նշանակում «սրանից մի քանի ժամանակ առաջ»: «Քննարկել ենք ընդհանուր իրավիճակն ու տեղի ունեցածը, սակայն եթե ասեմ, որ մշտական կապի մեջ ենք, այդպես չէ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Պարզվում է, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հարազատները որեւէ հարցով կամ խնդրանքով մինչ օրս չեն դիմել պատգամավորին: «Նրանք կոնկրետ հարցով չեն դիմել, որ օգնենք կամ չօգնենք իրենց»,- ասաց նա: Թողնելով պատգամավորի այս իմիջիայլոց մոտեցումը սպանվածների հարազատների եւ նրանց խնդիրների վերաբերյալ՝ տեղեկացնենք, որ ողջ Գյումրին մեկ մարդու պես ուշադիր հետեւում է տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին եւ քաջատեղյակ է թե´ գործի ընթացքից, թե´ սպանված Ավետիսյանների հարազատների խնդիրներից:
