Պարոն Սադոյան, այնպես է ստացվել որ մեր երկրի և նաև մայրաքաղաքի կյանքում բոլոր խոշոր իրադարձությունները հիմնականում Ձեր ղեկավարած վարչական շրջանում են տեղի ունենում: Շուտով նաև «Էրեբունի-Երևան» հերթական տոնակատարություն է ու կրկին հիմնականում Ձեր վարչական շրջանն է միջոցառումներով ծանրաբեռնված, ի՞նչ կասեք այս մասին:

Շատ ճիշտ եք նկատել և այդ հանգամանքը որքան ուրախացնող ու ոգևորող է, նույնքան էլ ,  գուցե և ավելի, պարտավորեցնող: Չէ՞ որ Երևանն այդ օրերին հատկապես համայն հայության, և ոչ միայն հայության, ուշադրության կենտրոնում է և մենք պարտավոր ենք անել հնարավորը՝ աշխարհին մոտ երեք հազար տարվա պատմություն ունեցող քաղաքին վայել ներկայանալու համար: Ասածս վերաբերվում է ինչպես բուն տոնակատարության կազմակերպմանն ու անցկացմանը, այլև մյուս, առաջին հայացքից գուցե ոչ այնքան կարևոր բաներին: Ի պատիվ մեր բնակչության պետք է անպայման նշեմ, որ նրանք, այդ օրերին իսկապես համխմբվում են և իսկական տանտիրոջ նման են վերաբերվում ու մասնակցում թե տոնական միջոցառումներին, թե կազմակերպչական մյուս հարցերին:

Կարծիքներ են հնչում տոնակատարության ճոխության, գուցե նաև ավելորդ լինելու մասին:

Ամենևին չեմ կիսում նման տեսակետն ու մոտեցումները: Անթույլատրելի է, կարծում եմ, որ մեր մայրաքաղաքի, մեր սիրելի Երևանի նման քաղաքն իր տոնը չունենա ու, առավել ևս, հավուր պատշաճի չնշի: Տոնակատարությանն ընդդիմացողները որպես պատճառ թշնամու ոտնձգություններն են բերում, այնինչ, իմ կարծիքով, հենց թեկուզ այդ պատճառով պետք է նշել ու աշխարհին ցույց տալ, որ մենք ոչ միայն մեր հայրենիքը, մեր սահմանները պաշտպանել գիտենք, այլև ուրախանալ ու տեր կանգնել գիտենք մեր հազարամյա պատմությանը:

Հաշված օրեր են մնացել քաղաքի ծննդյան օրվան, Կենտրոնը պատրա՞ստ է տոնակատարությանը:

Պետք է ասեմ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ պարոն Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ տոնակատարության նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն սկսվել են դեռ ամիսներ առաջ և համապատասխան բոլոր կառույցները, այդ թվում նաև մեր վարչական շրջանը, ստացել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ: Ուրախությամբ ասեմ նաև, որ այո, պատրաստ ենք տոնին, պատրաստ ենք հավուր պատշաճի նշելու մեր ջերմ ու բարի մայրաքաղաքի ծննդյան օրը: Ես համոզված եմ, որ այս տարվա տոնակատարությունը նույնպես իր կազմակերպվածությամբ ու անցկացման բարձր մակարդակով՝ հաճելի հետք կթողնի տոնի մասնակիցների ու մեր մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերի հիշողության մեջ:
