Վերջերս Թուրքիայի նախագահի այցը Մոսկվա եւ նրա դատարկաձեռն վերադարձը ընդգծված ձեւով ցույց տվեց այս պահին Ռուսաստանի վերաբերմունքը տվյալ պետության կողմից վարվող դիվանագիտությանը, որն ինչ խոսք Թուրքիայի սրտով չէր: Ռուս-թուրքական զարգացումները, կարծես մտնելով նոր փուլ, շատ արագ են առաջ գնում: Օրերս Էրդողանը սպառնացել էր Ռուսաստանին՝ ասելով թե Սիրիայում տիրող իրավիճակի պատճառով Ռուսաստանը կարող է կորցնել Թուրքիային՝ որպես իր բարեկամ և դաշնակից երկրի:

Թե իրականում ինչ խոշոր վտանգներ են սպասվում ռուս-թուրքական լարված հարաբերություններից, Orer.am-ը զրույցի ընթացքում ճշտեց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Համլետ Հարությունյանից: «Գեոպոլիտիկ դաշտում սարսափելի խառը իրավիճակ է, բավական սրված են հարաբերությունները գերտերությունների՝ Ռուսաստանի ու ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ: Նրանցից ամեն մեկն իր դաշնակիցներին է փնտրում: Այս ֆոնին Մերձավոր արեւելքում տեղի ունեցող բախումը շատ վտանգավոր հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ: Եթե այս զարգացումները չընդհատվեն, ապա չի բացառվում, որ Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը մոտ է, մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Քեմերոնն այսօր արդեն բացահայտ հայտարարում է, թե ատոմային հարվածներն իրականում այդքան էլ սարսափլի բան չեն»,- ասաց նա:

Խոսելով ՄԱԿ-ում տեղի ունեցած Պուտին-Օբամա հանդիպման մասին՝ Համլետ Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ գերտերությունների ղեկավարները խոշոր հաշվով չեկան մեկ ընդհանուր եզահանգման: «ՄԱԿ-ում ունեցած հանդիպումը էական արդյունք չտվեց, տեսանք, որ ԱՄՆ-ն իր տնտեսական բլոկադան չվերացրեց, Ռուսաստանը, ընդունելով այդ մարտահրավերը, ավելի առաջ գնաց: Նա, մտնելով Սիրիա, իր ռազմական ներկայությունն ապահովեց տվյալ պետության ներսում եւ ասեմ, որ դժվար թե մոտ ապագայում Ռուսաստանը դուրս գա Սիրիայից»,- ասաց նա:

Հարցին, թե վերջիվերջո Թուրքիան ինչ քայլերի կգնա Ռուսաստանի դեմ, արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամը պատասխանեց. «Տարիներ առաջ Թուրքիայի եւ Սիրիայի միջեւ պատերազմն անխուսափելի էր համարվում: Թուրքիան վաղուց էր պայքարում Ասադի դեմ: Հիմա այս լարվածության մեջ է մտել Ռուսաստանը, որն էլ Թուրքիայի սրտով չէ: Երկու երկրների՝ Թուրքիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը հասնում է հարյուրավոր միլիարդների: Թուրքիան պատերազմ չի հայտարարի Ռուսաստանին, նա այլ կերպ կգործի՝ տնտեսական բլոկադայի կենթարկի: Առայժմ պատերազմները գնում են տնտեսական հարթության վրա, որը հետագայում կվերածվի ռազմական գործողությունների: Պատմությունը կրկնվել է սիրում, մենք գիտենք, որ համաշխարհային պատերազմները սկսել են շուկաների վերաբաժանումից»:
