Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, օրերս ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լեւոն Զուրաբյանը խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ հանցագործության մասին հայտարարություն էր արել: Պատգամավորը հայտնել էր, թե ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը կաշառել է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովին: Հնչեցված այն հարցերին, թե ինչու կամ ինչ նպատակով, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը պատասխանել էր, որ ամեն ինչ իր բացահայտման ժամանակն ունի եւ որ ինքը փաստրեը կներկայացնի հանրությանը: 

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ պետաիրավական մշտական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանի հետ:

-Պարոն Սահակյան, գիտենք, որ պատգամավորն անձեռնամխելի է, սակայն Լ. Զուրաբյանը հանցագործության մասին հայտարարություն անելով հրաժարվում է փաստեր ներկայացնել: Այս պարագայում ի՞նչ կերպ է պետք վարվել պատգամավորի հետ օրենքի շրջանակում:

-Կարծում եմ, որ քաղաքական գործիչը հրապարակային խոսք ասելուց նախեւառաջ պատասխանատու է հանրությանը, այստեղ է երեւում, թե որքան ծանրակշիռ ու հավաստի է իր խոսքը: Այստեղից նաեւ կարելի է հետեւություն անել, թե նախկինում տվյալ անձի կողմից արված հայտարարություններն ինչ կշիռ են ունեցել: Այս դեպքում պատասխանատվությունն ու հետեւանքներն ավելի քաղաքական են եւ, ըստ իս, հանրությունը պետք է իր արձագանքով, քայլերով վերաբերմունք ցույց տա տվյալ քաղաքական գործչին եւ ուժին, որը ներկայացնում է պատգամավորը: Իրավական պատասխանատվության հնարավոր է ենթարկել, սակայն ես չէի ցանկանա հարցը քննարկել այդ հարթության մեջ, քանի որ ե´ւ որպես գործընկեր, ե´ւ որպես պատգամավոր, կարծում եմ, որ իր պատասխանատվությունը հանրության առջեւ շատ ավելի մեծ է, քան իրավական պատասխանատվությունը: Այս դեպքում մենք գործ ունենք քաղաքական ուժի խմբակցության ղեկավար հետ, ով ժողովրդի կողմից մոտ 8% քվե է ստացել եւ այս առումով իր ցանկացած խոսքը պետք է լինի ծանրակշիռ ու կշռադատված, այն էլ նմանատիպ կարեւորություն ունեցող հարցերի հետ կապված, որը շոշափում է ավելի մեծ խնդիրներ: Եթե նման դեպք է եղել, ապա ժողովրդի, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ ազնիվ քայլ չի լինի նման փաստերը իրավապահ մարմիններին չտրամադրելը:
