Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ԵԱՀԿ առաքելությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծի դիտարկում է անցկացրել Մարտակերտ-Թարթառ ճանապարհահատվածում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ: Հիշեցնենք, որ դիտարկման ժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչն անցել են ադրբեջանական տարածք՝ ԼՂՀ կողմից: Սակայն դիտարկման ավարտին ադրբեջանական կողմից գրանցվել է գնդակոծություն ավտոմատ հրազենից, որի վերաբեյալ Ուորլիքը Twitter- ում կատարել է հերթական ընդհանրական գրառումը` տեղի ունեցածը պարզապես որակելով «անթույլատրելի արարք»:

Տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի հետ: «Ես շատ հարգում եմ ԵԱՀԿ Մինասկի խմբի բոլոր համանախագահներին, որովհետեւ, ուզենք թե չուզենք, տվյալ ձևաչափն այսօր լավագույնն է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս շարունակել բանակցային գործընթացը: Մենք, իհարկե, ընդունում ենք, որ այս պահին միակ ընդունելի մանդատը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մանդատն է, սակայն Մինսկի խմբի հայտարարությունները պետք է լինեն հասցեական, դրանք չպետք է լինեն ընդհանրական, մի քիչ, մոտավորապես կամ աչքաչափով»,- նշեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը, անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողություններին, նշեց, որ հետեւելով տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին եւ դրանց տալով օբեկտիվ գնահատական, վստահ կարող ենք ասել, որ ագրեսոր երկիրը հենց Ադրբեջանն է: «Մենք տեսնում ենք, թե որ երկիրն է համառորեն հրաժարվում դիպուկահարների գործողությունների հետևանքով եղած զոհերի գործերի քննությունից, որ կողմն է համառորեն հրաժարվում շփման գծից հետ կանչել դիպուկահարներին»,- ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը: Հարցին, թե արդյոք սեփական մաշկի վրա վտանգը զգալուց հետո ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կփոխեն իրենց հայտարարություններն ու գործելաոճը, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, թե չի կարծում, որ նրանց գործելաոճը չի փոխվի, քանի որ իրենք կփորձեն պահպանել դիվանագիտական պարիտետը, ինչից չի շահելու բանակցային գործընթացը:
