Վանաձոր քաղաքում բացվել է ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչության գրասենյակը, որտեղ գործելու են հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակի Լոռու մարզի վարչական տարածքում գործող հանրային պաշտպանները, Լոռու մարզային համակարգողը, ինչպես նաև Հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի լրատվական ծառայությունից, Փաստաբանների պալատի հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչությունն առանձնացված ստորաբաժանում է, որը Լոռու, Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերում կոչված է ներկայացնելու ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի շահերը, իր իրավազորության ներքո իրականացնել ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի մարզային քաղաքականությունը: Հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչության կառավարման մարմինը ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարն է: 2014թ. սեպտեմբերից այդ պաշտոնն զբաղեցնում է փաստաբան Ռուբեն Հակոբյանը:

Հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչության հիմնական նպատակներն են` համախմբել Շիրակի, Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերի վարչական տարածքներում գործունեություն ծավալող ՀՀ փաստաբաններին, վեր հանել նրանց մոտ մասնագիտական գործունեության ընթացքում առաջացող խնդիրները և ներկայացնել Փաստաբանների պալատին:

Ներկայացուցչության տարածքում գործում են 94 փաստաբաններ (48-ը՝ Լոռու, 37-ը` Շիրակի, 9-ը` Տավուշի մարզերում), որոնցից 9-ը՝ հանրային պաշտպաններ են: Հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչության գրասենյակում առանձին սենյակ է հատկացվել ՀՀ այլ տարածքներից փաստաբանական գործունեության հետ կապված Վանաձոր ժամանած փաստաբանների համար, որտեղ ստեղծված են բոլոր հարմարվետ պայմանները աշխատելու համար:

Շնորհավորելով ներկաներին գրասենյակի բացման կապակցությամբ՝ Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը կարևորել է այն փաստը, որ Լոռու մարզի փաստաբանական համայնքը կարողանում է ցանկացած հարցի շուրջ համախմբվել: «Այս տարածքը թող միշտ մարդկանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության օջախ լինի: Փաստաբանության զարգացումը ելնում է բոլորի շահերից: Ներկայացնեմ, թե ինչո՞ւ ընտրվեց հենց Լոռու մարզը և հատկապես Վանաձոր քաղաքը. որովհետև Լոռու մարզի փաստաբանները թե իրենց հաջողություններով, թե իրենց մասնագիտական որակներով և թե իրենց համախ մբվածությամբ օրինակելի են փաստաբաններիս համար»,- հայտնել է պալատի նախագահը:

Բացման արարողությանը ներկա Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Մուշեղ Հարությունյանը նույնպես շնորհավորել է գրասենյակի բացման կապակցությամբ ու մաղթել հաջողություններ: Նա առանձնապես կարևորել է`  «Փաստաբանները շատ լուրջ դերակատարում ունեն դատական սխալից խուսափելու հարցում»: Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետ Արտակ Կարապետյանն էլ մաղթել է, որ այս պիլոտային ծրագիրը հաջողություն ունենա և Հայաստանի մյուս մարզերում էլ բացվեն նման ներկայացուցչություններ:

Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանին պարգևատրել է շնորհակալագրով Վանաձոր քաղաքում ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի հյուսիսային ներկայացուցչություն ստեղծելու և մարզի փաստաբանության զարգացման գործում ունեցած ավանդի համար:
